The WiFi is a bit slow.

The noise level was incredibly disruptive. I was extremely exhausted, but the event taking place downstairs made it difficult to get any rest.

The cooking of food on menu needs alot of work…. Especially the Chinese food. The drinks are amazing and the finger foods.

Some of the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional

The bathrooms and showers look run down and stained due to the style and type of the tiles, so it has a dirty look, white tiles and walls and bedding is always best in hotels as, most consumers like to see if things are clean. The towels and sheets don’t look pristine, they have stains and marks on them, and they look worn out. The colors of some of the rooms are too loud. Do not like Orange or Yellow for hotel rooms especially if you want to feel relaxed. The food is very, very, very oily, and doesn’t look like the pictures, also the battered food is too thick and floury, and sorry the quality of breakfast is very cheap and the breakfast tastes awful, not enough fresh fruits for offer. I was shocked at the breakfast that came to my room. And the frankfurters was cheap and horrible. Better money can be spent on certain food items for guests. The serving of silverware utensils should be made. Just feels cheap to be served with plastic forks and plastic boxes. But then I understand that the hotel is not a longterm stay. The extreme loud music party volume style is annoying especially if you’ve just had long day of meetings or come off a flight.

Bathroom was smelly and had lots of mildew, air conditioner made a noise all night so it was hard to sleep. Decor in room was not like the pictures online. Dirty plant in the corner of the room. No control for air conditioning so we couldn't adjust the temperature or turn it off when it made noise. Blanket provided was thin and rough material.

Constantly playing music on the ground floor and I was staying on the 3rd floor and kept hearing the bass every morning and night. The housekeepers talked loudly. The windows are not soundproof so kept hearing every car on the road as they drove pass the hotel. The sink fixture was loose. The shower kept getting a cold pulse every other minute. The wifi was not working. I had to have the front desk reset my room key every day.

The 'entertainment' on the Saturday night comprised extremely loud music being played non-stop between 6pm and 12:30am to maybe 20 people over the space of that time.
This was a fact that was not made known or indicated in any advertising for the hotel via Booking.com and only after arrival at the hotel, by which time of course there is no way to cancel without being out of pocket.
The reception also makes you sign a list of terms and conditions the first items of which is that rooms are not soundproof and entertainment will be happening and you will hear it. Again it's too late by then to cancel booking so you are trapped in an awful situation.

It was so loud that the room door was shaking and reverb from speakers could be felt throughout the property. It was not good for sleeping the night before a flight with two young children!

The next morning at 6am the restaurant staff are hen put equally loud music on as they prepared for breakfast. At 6am when the restaurant was empty of guests and food was not served until 7am.
The restaurant staff were completely uninterested in patrons, monosyllabic, unwelcoming, and rude at times. When my wife asked them to turn it down they begrudgingly did the slightest amount. I then also asked them to turn it off and was met with animosity saying it was their 'protocol'. They eventually agreed to turn it off before 7am.

The breakfast itself was uninspiring and most of the trays were empty with little sign of them being refilled. Again staff were nowhere to be seen most of the time, or if so completely uninterested in service
