On a sunny day, room was was stuffy as no provision of fan in the room.

The location is good.
The photos in booking.com do not match with what is given. The room description is also different. Booking.com says we booked supreme deluxe but we were told we have booked a premium room. The room wasn't clean. Breakfast time was 8 but was served at 8.30.
Location, accomodation, ambience, facilities and behaviour
There should separate rooms for pet parents. Pets are doing there nature's call in the rooms or barking the whole night cause some terrible discomfort.
Good breakfast but some items should be added like dosa&idle.

Our stay at Delo Retreat was simply wonderful! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and every evening, alongside dinner, we enjoyed a warm and joyful atmosphere with singing, karaoke, and dancing with other guests—an experience that made our stay even more special.
The true gem of the place is undoubtedly the manager, who was always available to assist with any request or question. Whether it was laundry service, arranging paragliding at the optimal time, renting a motorbike, or providing valuable advice on how to reach a nature reserve in the neighboring state—everything was done with a smile and genuine willingness to help.
The location is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in nature, with plenty of opportunities for exploration and adventure. One of the most memorable moments was an evening around the bonfire, adding a magical touch to our experience.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable with a bed warmer. Food was good. Restaurant was very good.
Lot of dust inside the room. Towels not changed in three days. Refilling of toiletries or tea bags done after lot of calling. Details of bills not provided.
It was a excellent stay. Bad luck couldn't have a view of kanchenjunga due to foggy weather, but the place and the property is awesome. Roads are little bad To reach the property ,it should be taken care off. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Nothing as such ,as the staffs are very helpful and courteous. There was a power cut in the night which was sorted in the morning .so nothing bad as such.
