Very bad location. Accommodation is very bad. Not stable. I didn't stay there due to very bad condition of Hotel. I wasted my money & time. I have decided not to book Fab Hotels in future stay
Nothing is good. Every thing is negative. Eventhough not worth for Rs.1000/-. My advise is to delist this Hotel to maintain your company reputation
Only the location is good, nothing else. It was so bad that even I had a paid booking, I did not stay.
The hotel is in a very bad condition. The staff are arrogant and the rooms are filthy. Multiple rooms had torn sheets with stains, bathroom sinks have gutkha stains and pillow had some weird stains, most probably semen stains. Not recommended.

Very bad behaviour of staff. We reached hotel late night around 2:30 am with all the booking document with us. My entire family faced a lot of trouble. We rang the door for a long time, but they wouldn't open the hotel door for us. Then we called them. They told us they had no available rooms. We should look elsewhere. We then had to find another hotel in Mahipalpur, 15 kilometers away, with great difficulty. We had to visit Akshardham. We faced a lot of trouble. We will never book a hotel through booking.com again.

The location is accessible to major places .
Entire property has a very foul swell of ciggerates as if you are inside a smoking chamber , the room locks were faulty, the geyser was not working, bed sheets were torn and the blankets were not clean.The property needs serious maintenance.
No road hotal very near by Temple Akshardham and institutional area, Close to metro station.
Good hotel to stay near to markets and metro station both side.
