Nightmare in Istanbul.Sleeping experience in a noisy oven
Cons:

Never again in this travmatic non professionaly runned hotel.Never!!!
3rd world behavior from the front desk who treat us the worst way he could.Imagine a hotel that supposed to be 4 stars WITHOUT AIRCONDITIONIG .Actually operating only in the heat and not cooling.Sleeping in an oven...while aircon was pooring warm air in any temperature function.
The suggestion was to open windows...in a high way full of traffic where noise was like sleeping in the street!!!
Bad behavior!
We asked to talk to his manager...and he simply replied...that he was sleeping and he would not want to disturb him.Never again in this hotel where the guest is not sleeping while the manager of the hotel does.

Закуската беше повече от превъзходна! Богато разнообразие, качествени и пресни продукти.

Cons:

Бях резервирал стая в по-тихата(задна) част на хотела. От хотела бяха потвърдили, че ще изпълнят заявката ни. при настаняването ни увериха, че ни дават такава стая, но уви стаята ни беше от към главната пътна артерия преминаваща до хотела и беше доста шумно от трафика дори и при затворен прозорец.
