Great hostel. Everything you need is there. Very clean. Friendly staff.
The hotel is clean, organized and very well located (very close to the subway station and a 24-hour market). The receptionist, she is very friendly and we felt very welcomed. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Yerevan.
Nothing
It's not a hotel, it's more like a dilapidated building. The management are so irresponsible, they didn't answer when I called. They canceled my reservation 5 minutes after I was there.
That was an awesome stay, the room and all the amenities where great and comfortable value for money.

The hostel is clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, there is a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops beside the hostel.

The rest of their staff were rude, not helpful nor friendly. They've managed to put someone else into my bed. In 25 years of staying in dometories of hostels this has never, ever happened before. SHOCKING 👎

It is actually a hotel converted into hostel, very neat and comfortable rooms .
The reception girl is very helpful, she speaks english, russia, french, armenian and persian. Very friendly and great experience
I appreciate the staff's friendliness and helpfulness in providing us with additional information about the city and the country. Despite encountering language barriers, the staff made great efforts to communicate effectively with us.
