No mineral water, no bath towel, phone is broken

Quite clean

Cons:

Not have mineral water, not have bath towel, the phone also broken, so we can not call the receptionist, we're very tired that day, so do not go down to feedback

I can't imagine staying more than a day in this hotel
Pros:

The staffs are very courteous and allowed me to check in way early than the usual time. The location of the hotel is quite far off from the bustling areas of Batu Aji. It's quiet in the day. Not much happening in and around the hotel.

Cons:

Thank god I only booked for one night after reading the reviews. The hotel is severely in need of massive refurbishment and upgrade. The room and the bathroom smells bad. The sheets and cover needs to be changed. This hotel do not deserve a 2 star. It's really disappointing.

Cons:

Old room. The room smell bad. The pillow is so smelly. Take my towel to cover it. The light im the toilet was so dim. The environment was so noisy coz its near the karoake. The noise went on till 2am.

Water heater need to on water for 10 minutes n water power re low n wifi in room not active in room n need to go down to
