Wunderbare Lage, alles andere war traurig anzusehen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wir hatten einen freien Blick zum Griebnitzsee. Die Zugverbindung ist unmittelbar davor. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat die Duschen aber auch keiner ordentlich gesäubert. Die Fugen waren zum Teil schwarz voll Schimmel. Im Schrank lagen noch Sachen von unserem Gast davor.
Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Auch kein Problem aber leider gab es weder Gemüse wie Tomate oder Gurke oder Paprika.. Obst wäre auch schön gewesen wie Ananas, Melone. Leider war davon nichts zu finden auch nicht als Deko.
Der Weg zur Tiefgarage war so dreckig und voller Laub.

L'emplacement, le lit.

Cons:

La chambre dans laquelle j'étais n'étais pas du côté du bâtiment principal mais dans un autre bâtiment de l'autre côté de la route, et ma chambre était assez vieille en décoration, avec une petite serviette de douche, pas de shampoing, et pas de possibilité de changer la température de la chambre.

Pros:

Schöne Lage direkt am See und dennoch sehr nah an der S-Bahn. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (Superior…) war klein und „in die Jahre gekommen“. Für den Preis sollte auch mal renoviert werden.

Pros:

Die Lage zur Uni Potsdam und am See. Das frische Brot und das Birchermüsli sind klasse.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Persönlich bevorzuge ich härtere Matratzen. Und die Hartfussböden machen es laut.

Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher CheckUn trotz der späten Stunde, der Zimmerblick aufs Wasser traumhaft, die gewünschte Unterstützung für einen Geburtstagstisch beim Frühstück hat super geklappt, der Sekt stand gekühlt bereit, die Servicekraft beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und kreativ, das Frühstück war für einen Montag nachvollziehbar etwas mager aber ausreichend, es wurden auf Bitte noch zwei Brötchen extra aufgebacken, die Parkplatzgebühren sind mit 14eur annehmbar, allein die Ausschilderung der Parkplätze ist verbesserungswürdig und dass der Zugang zum Hozel nicht barrierefrei ist hat irritiert,

Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit auch in ihrem Hotel verbracht

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage am See, die Bar und, dass man morgens zum Frühstück draußen sitzen konnte.
