Big TV?
We stayed at hotel lisbon for 1 night. This is easily the worst place I've ever stayed in and also the most expensive on my 3 week trip so far. It is NOT as advertised on booking.com.
Firstly, it was advertised to have a sauna which it didn't have. The "jacuzzi bath" was just a bath tub, the bubbles didn't work.
All of the surfaces were covered in dust and hair and the room had clearly not been hoovered. The windows in the bathroom were covered in mould
The mattress had springs sticking out but luckily the sheets were clean
It was also advertised to have a massage chair, instead we had some sort of excersize machine??
There was no reception so we couldn't ask them to rectify the problems. Once we were in the room we were locked inside with no key. We couldn't even access the car to get some air fresher to mask the smell of smoke.
Our room was next to presumably the office. All night we could hear staff laughing, coughing etc so our sleep was very disturbed.
Our room was supposed to be a "mountain view" , there were no windows.
We are not the type of people to complain about the small stuff, but this hotel was disgusting.

綺麗にはしていたが、少し古い感じ。
大人のホテルなのでレジャーで泊まるのは違ったかも。
においが気になった。
フロントを経由したりする紛らわしさがないのは良いですね。
カップルではなく友人と利用しましたがとても快適に過ごせました。
スタッフさんの対応もとても親切で助かりました。
お風呂のシャワーが面ではなく点で当たる感じだったのが洗い流しにくく少し残念でした。
ウェルカムドリンクサービスも朝ごはんも美味しくいただけました
カラオケとマッサージ機があると思い込んでて出来なかったのが残念
サーバーの水が少なかった
朝食、ウェルカムドリンク付きで嬉しい。チェックインが24時すぎてもいいので、遠方から来ても気にしないで入れて助かりました。機会があればまた使わせて頂きます。サウナも最高でした。スタッフの男性も対応良かったです。ありがとうございました。
