Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto da bere
-ci hanno fatto soggiornare in una camera in un seminterrato , senza finestra , con puzzo di fogna e che aveva bisogno di tanta manutenzione . quando ho chiesto di cambiare la camera mi hanno detto tutte le camere sono occupate ma quando hanno visto che siamo rimasti molto male , ci hanno offerto di cambiare la camera ma ormai era tardi .

I just want to mention that i paid more to have a room with window as it was showed in the photos but when i arrived they told me that the room i booked its without and it was basement i rejected to take this room but they was really kind and gave me 1st floor room but still without window , but i liked the hotel & the staff they were really kind.
That they didnt clean the room after we check in , i thought that everyday there will be cleaning like normal hotels , but its fine by me because all the time we were outside the hotel.

Disa Hotel’e ilk adım attığım andan itibaren kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Her detay özenle düşünülmüş, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ortamın huzuru, odaların konforu ve her köşeye yayılan zarafet beni gerçekten etkiledi. Tatilim boyunca hem dinlendim hem de çok güzel anılar biriktirdim. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim. Özellikle her sabah sundukları özenli ve lezzetli kahvaltılar için Söngül Hanım’a ve Zelal Hanım’a içten teşekkürlerimi iletmek isterim.

Hər şey əla idi. Alaçatının tam mərkəzində çox gözəl şirin bir məhəllədə əla otel idi. Mərkəzdə olduğuna görə hər yerə piyada gedib gəlmək olurdu. Səhər yeməyi çox doyurucu idi. İşçilər hər cürə kömək edirdilər. Burak bəyə təşəkkürlər.
Hamının nəzərinə çatdırım ki, alaçatıda plaj yoxdur. Dənizə getmək üçün ən yaxın 20-25 dəq məsafədə dolmuşla gedə biləcəyiniz Ilıca plajı var. Maşınınız olsa plaja getmək daha rahatdır. Lakin Mərkəzi küçələrə maşınla daxil olmaq olmur. Hərəkət ancaq motosikl ilə mümkündü. Kirayə götürmək olar. Amma maşın kirayəsi alaçatıda yoxdu. Kirayə götürmək üçün ya hava limanında yada çeşmede maşın kirayə götürə bilərsiz.
