Pros:

Everything was really clean, and it’s in a quiet area but still walking distance to everything. The kitchen area was well stocked - there’s a kettle, air fryer, microwave, etc

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and comfortable ! Loved the big screen TV. Nice to have a small balcony for "fresh air" Good value for money.

Location, convenience, well equipped and clean.
Pros:

Good location. A little away from the action which is good for the quiet, while still being a short walk to the marina for Coral Sea excursions or to the rail. Other excursion companies that do inland stuff are familiar with the place for pickups. Good size apartment with all one needs to cook at home. Woolworths and other stores are a short walk. Nice decorations too.

The only thing I could suggest is a better blanket on the bed or the option of a spare blanket in the closet for the “just in case” situation

Great location, good facilities
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the marina, Lagoon & shops. It was also walking distance to the Railway station. I liked that it had pool access and bbq area.

Cons:

Not related to the studio itself. But there's no luggage storage facility as we were "private guests" and not "hotel guests". The hotel could've been more accommodating to "private guests" but there was a hard "no" when we asked.
We managed to find a convenience store that could store our suitcase but it was a struggle to find anything open before 9am.

look elsewhere if you want a self contained apartment, or a view
Pros:

the location was good

Cons:

there was a trip hazard at the bathroom door
the kitchen facilities were poor, one can not really cook here, no kitchen sink, only one kitchen knife, no cutting board and you are expected to take out your own rubbish when you have enough to deal with your own luggage
view over roofs and grafiti was dissapointing

Comfortable in all ways, close to everything.would definitely stay again
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location that is close to everything.
I really liked the extra touches of coffee, kitchen basics and detergents.

Cons:

Nothing to really complain about. Would have liked a spare blanket.
