Es war ein toller Aufenthalt ! Gerne wieder…
Pros:

Dass Hotel ist gut gelegen, mit 3 Aussenpools und 3 Innenpools gut ausgestattet. Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück und Abendessen sowie TeaTime war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich !

Cons:

Bis auf die Babypools haben ausser 1 einziges im inneren alle eine Tiefe von 140cm. Das kleine Pool aussen neben dem Babypool sollte unbedingt auf 110cm geändert werden damit alle die gleichen Möglichkeiten nutzen können. Die Zimmerreinigung dürfte etwas ausführlicher und besser sein

Huge Hotel receiving a large amount of tourist tours groups. Doesn't look like a 5 star Hotel. Very unfriendly staff at reception (check in) and dinning room (dinner time). Poor food quality.

More like a 2 star hotel rather than 5
Pros:

Cons:

Staff speak very little English, check in was unfriendly, ordered lunch took over an hour. givena room in front of wedding therefore and our room. Was very loud with music till midnight. Unable to use the pool as closed off.
