Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen für uns – für meinen Freund – gebacken und für ihn gesungen.
Alles war wie erwartet auf höchstem Niveau. Allein wegen des großartigen Personals und des unglaublichen Pools werden wir ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Innit was the perfect location for a digital detox and reconnecting (with yourself, your partner, and nature). We loved the architecture, service and views with sand between our toes and the sunset right in front of our airconditioned bedroom. We also respect their strong approach on supporting the local people, farms and doing their best towards client sustainability.

We spent a week in Innit and their guest relations team also planned our airport transfers, my birthday dinner, our anniversary dinner (with their signature lobster bbq experience, even had a bouquet delivered in from the main city upon request), our pink beach snorkelling trip and couple cooking class. They also do festive meals such as for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year, etc.

They maintained the infinity pool well and we were provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, insect repellent, deodorant and aftersun gel in our rooms by default and in glass/aluminium containers. You could ask for other amenities if you need via reception (which is run over whatsapp very efficiently). You'll see minimal plastic waste here, compared to many other resorts in the region. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay especially for a couple!

Minimalistisches Design und traumhafte Lage. Zudem gab es ein hervorragendes Restaurant zum Frühstück, Mittag-und Abendessen.
Man kann sich auch einen Lobster fallen, der dann am Abend am offenen Feuer gegrillt wird
Wir hatten ein echtes Robinson Crusoe Feeling. Es war traumhaft ruhig, und der Strand gehörte einem allein.

Os funcionários são extraordinários. Muito simpaticos e sempre prontos a ajudar.
O restaurante é incrível e podemos pescar a nossa própria lagosta, foi muito divertido.
O quarto tem uma vista maravilhosa para o mar e a sala na areia é muito bonita.
A piscina tem muito poucas pessoas e é bastante grande.

Innit is absolutely stunning. The location on a private beach with pool, and an amazing restaurant is the perfect setting to disconnect and relax! We surfed the nearby Ekas inside break, admiring the cristal clear waters, the reef and fish. The team at Innit is super accommodating and supported us with all our transfers. We loved our stay for our honeymoon and their special surprise cake was a wonderful touch. We hope to be able to come back some day!

The facility is located in the middle of Lombok and its magnificent. The room although for the price is super small for the price you paid comparing to other hotels.

The Innit Lombok is an absolute unique and exclusive place with beautifully styled villas, a breathtaking infinity pool and a very relaxed atmosphere - the resort manager Matthew Angga and his team will do everything for you to enjoy your vacation. What’s most amazing is the quality of outstanding Western and Indonesian food which is being served at the restaurant or prepared by yourself in a cooking class! If you want to escape everday’s hustle and bustle there is no better place to be! We will come back

Dream Beach Houses and Warm Hospitality – An Unforgettable Stay

The Innit Hotel Lombok is a truly special place. Only seven beach houses are available to guests – each with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, plus a spacious ground-floor living area with a counter and cooking facilities for those who wish to prepare their own meals alongside the hotel’s excellent restaurant. In barely twenty steps, you’ll find yourself standing in the Bali Sea.

The guest-to-staff ratio is outstanding – it feels as if each guest has their own dedicated team member. Despite my wife’s special dietary requirements, which made us somewhat challenging restaurant guests, the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs with patience and care.

There is hardly anything to criticise – just a few suggestions for management: a shower directly on the beach would be convenient (currently, guests rinse off in the pool), the laundry team could benefit from some additional training, and the hotel’s access road could be repaired once or twice a year. However, these are minor points that are quickly forgotten in light of the team’s exceptional friendliness and helpfulness.

In conclusion: The beach houses are beautiful, and waking up to a breathtaking ocean view is priceless. The pool is elegant and perfectly sized for the number of guests, and the restaurant rounds off every day in the best possible way. Above all, there is the warm, attentive team, whose work not only delights guests but also reflects the property’s sustainable philosophy of employing local staff.

De heerlijke rust! Helemaal zen nadat we 2 weken in het drukke Bali waren geweest was dit echt een cadeautje! Zeker een aanrader als je twijfelt doen! Wij verbleven er 3 nachtjes en echt zo’n fijne dagen gehad! Ook met 3 kinderen top!
