سوء المعامله للموظفين في الفندق[ حجزت 4 ليالي في اليوم 2 في الساعه 40؛3 ص تم فتح باب الغرفه من قبل عامل الفندق ويقول متى ستغادر وابلغت طاقم الفندق /الموظفه لم ترد على ولو بكلمه عندمى اخبرتها _ والمظف من الجنسيه المصريه يقول لي عادي بتحصل ] معامله سيئه.

تم الحجز والتأكيد
وإرسال موقع فندق مختلف عبر الرسائل الخاصة في بوكينج لفندق اخر اسمه رويال بكة وعند الوصول تبين ان هذه الشركة تدير الحجوزات لعدد من الفنادق
ولم يتعرف الاستقبال على الحجز
وتم التواصل مع الرقم الموجود في بوكينج ولا يرد
وتم التواصل مع بوكينج وحاول التواصل مع الفندق ولم يرد
وضعنا الشنط في الاستقبال وذهبنا للعمرة وعدنا بعد 6 ساعات ولم يتم حل المشكلة وفي الأخير تم الذهاب لفندق اخر
تم الاتصال باسلام منسق الحجوزات وارسال تفاصيل الحجز عبر الواتس اب ولم يرد حتى الآن

للأسف الشديد تم خداعنا فقد تم حجز غرفة لمدة 3 ايام وقد ارسل لنا الفندق الموقع شارع اجياد وعندما وصلنا للفندق وجدنا فندق اخر باسم بكة رويال وتحدثنا مع الموظف وابلغنا ان المالك واحد والادارة واحدة لكلا الفندقين لكنه لم يوافق على إكمال حجزنا وقال لابد من الذهاب للعزيزية لاكمال الحجز وعندما ابلغته باننى حجزت بالفندق لانه بشارع أجياد وقريب من الحرم وقد ارسل الفندق لى الموقع وكان نفس الموقع بشارع أجياد لكنه رفض ادخالنا مما اضطررنا إلى الغاء الحجز والعودة للرياض

Worst experience ever
Pros:

I travelled from canada with 4 kids and alot of luggage. After 14 hrs of flight and all of us extremely tired, we were told at the reception that they do not have any room for us. The taxi driver left us with all the luggage at hotel door. We kept requesting for 3 hrs for help and they did not helped us. I spent all night in makkah then looking for rooms with all my luggage and kids. My 5 yrs old was sick as well. This is the worth that can happen to anyone. The hotel staff was the worst to provide any kind of help.
