Had an excellent vacation property was immaculate staff very helpful and friendly

Boutique hotel feel, great price, full apartment type of amenities
Pros:

This is an unusual hotel. It felt a bit more like a hostel than a hotel only because you need to be buzzed in, turn in your key when you come and go, etc. The room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed. It had a full size kitchen but the room did not smell of food or cooking. It had a very nice balcony as well.

Cons:

My only complaint would be the temperature controls. I could open the balcony doors and make it too cold or it would be very warm. It was manageable though. It would be better if there was a bit more control over this.

Schönes kleines Hotel in top Lage. Cabel Car nur wenige Meter zum Haltepunkt.
Pros:

Top Lage, gemütlich und eine nette Inhaberin! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Cons:

Leider sind die Fenster nicht Schall isoliert, so dass der Lärm von der Powell Street schon sehr zu hören ist. Es ist aber erträglich.

Nous avons adoré la décoration, l'emplacement, l'aménagement, vraiment un coup de cœur ! Globalement très bien situé et juste à côté d'un arrêt de Cable Car

Gute Ausstattung in toller Lage
Pros:

Geniale Lage an zwei Cable Car Linien. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine. Sehr bequemes Bett. Wir durften auf Anfrage deutlich früher aufs Zimmer, das war klasse.

Cons:

Nichts zu meckern. Die Einrichtung ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand, wirkt im Design aber etwas altmodisch. Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön und vielleicht eine kleine Grundausstattung mit Wasserflaschen, Tee, Milch/Kaffeesahne.

Wir waren sehr gerne hier.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal zum Erkunden der Stadt. Unsere Ferienwohnung war liebevoll und passend zum Stil des Gebäudes eingerichtet. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden und sehr sauber. Ein Ansprechpartner war immer vor Ort.

Die Lage TOP! Hotel TOP! Würden wir wieder machen!
Pros:

Lage der Hammer! Alles sehr familiär hier was uns sehr gefallen hat! Selbst beim Feueralarm der sich als Fehlalarm herausgestellte war alles super und man hat sich wirklich sicher gefühlt! Wir haben 5Nächte dort verbracht und haben jede einzelne wirklich genossen!

Also beim Geruch unten wenn man in die Lobby kommt da muss man sich dran gewöhnen… aber das ist echt meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau!

When we arrived there were 2 mice coming down the stairs it was crazy the guy with the glasses at the front desk didnt care when i told him about it

We went up the stairs there was another mouse in the hallway again i told the guy workin at the front desk and he changed the subject horrible establishment i wouldent go here ever again my kids were scaired the whole time because of the mice
