Pros:

Appartement très bien placé dans le centre de San Francisco. À proximité des lignes de bus, du métro et du câble car.

Above and beyond expectations!
Pros:

We were in SF for 10 days moving our son there for work. Powell Place was such a delight! Right in Nob Hill on the cable car line (super convenient and fun). Fresh lillies in the lobby such a nice touch, and a fresh rose in our suite! Helen and Oscar went above and beyond and we felt like family by the time we were leaving. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Spacious and clean and perfectly located.
Pros:

The location was amazing for exploring San Francisco. It was very close to Union Square and ideal for exploring the rest of the city. The accommodation was a very decent size and very clean. It was not the cheapest place but it was ideal for my needs and I would stay again.

Cons:

There was too much to complain about. The car parking was fairly close but no discount given for parking at the closest car park.
It could get a little noisy with the tram trolleys passing but this didn't bother me.

We will stay there again and recommended to friends
Pros:

We love the charm of and style of architecture of Powell place. Our room had a modern updated bathroom a small kitchen microwave stove top well stocked We chose it for its Nob Hill location with easy walking distances for our exploration to Union Square shopping cafes and cable cars!
The valet parking at a secure garage was efficient and so reasonably priced!

Cons:

We had a 4 person apartment and the only toilet was off the bedroom which was inconvenient and could be very difficult for a group that were not related to each other

Excellent location and pleasant stay
Pros:

Excellent location and cable car stops just next to the hotel. Easy to access to many places such as Union Square, Chinatown, Pier 39 which are all within walking distances. Staff at hotel are friendly and room is spacious

A neat oldschool apartment on Nob Hill
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to 2 major cable car lines. Our room was super quiet as it was on the off street side and it was very clean. The atmosphere of the accomodation is quaint and very retro, the style is fitting. We had everything we needed.

Cons:

The hallway had a bit of an antique smell to it, but nothing major.
