Guests can avail ticketing services, sightseeing tour bookings, and car rentals at the travel desk. The hotel also houses a business center, laundry services, currency exchange, and a restaurant serving a variety of international cuisines.

Important information:

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis.

Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. You are kindly reminded to inform the hotel on your arrival details if you want to make use of this service. You can make a note of this in the special requests box in the booking form, or by directly contacting the hotel once a reservation has been made.

Great staff, very comfortable rooms with good AC and fan.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. They are very friendly and take good care of you. Gunjan and Hari deserve special mention. I have stayed at the Ajanta many times in the past 15 years. It is very conveniently located and excellent value for money. Paharganj is a very busy area. I like it a lot, but it may not be for everyone. If you do want an adventure in Delhi and a good home base for it, I can highly recommend the Ajanta. Great attached Cafe Vagabond also. Very fine coffee and offers burger and fries fare for those so inclined, along w North Indian food.

Super hôtel à Dehli, très bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet établissement, le personnel est très serviable et toujours disponible. Le room service est très appréciable, pas de surcoût pour ce dernier.
Bon emplacement dans Delhi!

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant (et par conséquent un peu bruyant)

Great staff. Have been coming here many years. They make you feel very welcome. Special mentions to Gunjan and Hari. Comfortable, cool rooms. Paharganj is a ver busy and lively area, but you can close off the street sounds in your room. Great home base for Delhi travel

High recommended.
Pros:

The room was spacious and exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has its own restaurant, which was very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable place to stay.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a comfortable stay.

Les draps sales qui traînent dans le couloir sur une chaise…
Le petit déjeuner est ridicule et non conforme par exemple pas de jus de fruit, frais de fruit ni de fruits alors que c’est noté..
Pas d’eau chaude
Beaucoup de bruit sur la rue

Pros:

Great set-up!

Cons:

The drying rack could be more accessible.
The noise is too much, but don't expect anything to be done given the location.
They also don't accept STATE/NCR IDs, which was not listed anywhere and can cause problems if you have not updated it, even if you're now situated out of state.
