Important information:

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis.

Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. You are kindly reminded to inform the hotel on your arrival details if you want to make use of this service. You can make a note of this in the special requests box in the booking form, or by directly contacting the hotel once a reservation has been made.

Convenient location, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, Rashid at the tour desk offered invaluable advice and organised my train tickets, Vijay at reception was incredibly polite…as were all the staff. My room was spotlessly clean and huge, the breakfast was delicious…and only 10 minutes to Connaught Place.

Safe, clean, and serious place
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable, check in was fast and pickup from airport worked well, the hotel is very safe to stay.

Cons:

Actually you have to pay a small fee for pickup at the airport, breakfast was too spicy and the room was exactly as the images on internet.

Awesome
Pros:

I had a lovely 3-day stay at Hotel Ajanta, and everything was wonderful. The room was comfortable, the hospitality was excellent, and I especially loved the breakfast. Special thanks to Mr. Om for his professionalism, warm service, and attention to detail. Truly a pleasant experience!

Una estancia excelente pero cuidado con los tours
Pros:

Mi estancia en el hotel fue espectacular. El personal es increíblemente amable, atento y servicial, y se preocupa mucho por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Al llegar, me asignaron una habitación con poca ventilación. Cuando me preguntaron si estaba cómoda, expliqué que tenía problemas respiratorios y me cambiaron a otra habitación sin ningún problema ni coste adicional. Tanto el personal del hotel como el del restaurante hicieron que mi estancia fuera de 10.

Cons:

mi experiencia con una excursión que contraté directamente en el hotel fue muy decepcionante.

Reservé un tour de 6-8 horas por Old Delhi y New Delhi por un precio acordado de 2.800 rupias más impuestos, aproximadamente 3.000 rupias, más el aparcamiento. Durante la visita a Old Delhi, el conductor contactó con un guía local que me llevó en rickshaw por la zona y a varias tiendas orientadas a turistas. Cuando terminó esta parte del recorrido, me exigieron pagar 2.000 rupias adicionales por el rickshaw, más el guía local que ni conocía y que el conductor había llamado, en total 3.000 rupias, un coste que nadie me había comunicado previamente. Finalmente, acabé pagando alrededor de 7.500 rupias por toda la actividad, más del doble del precio que esperaba.

Al día siguiente, expliqué lo sucedido al gerente. Me comentó que desconocía esos cargos y que este tipo de situaciones suele ser una estafa. Lo que me resultó especialmente desconcertante es que el guía había sido contactado por el propio conductor del hotel como parte de la excursión que había contratado allí. Al final, nadie parecía hacerse responsable ni tener una explicación clara de lo sucedido, por lo que no quise contratar más actividades .

Wir konnten das Zimmer gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis bis abends behalten, da unser Flug spät war.

Eine kleine Oase der Ruhe 😊
Pros:

Zentrale Lage von der aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Der Abholservice hat gut geklappt. Das Hotel ist bewacht, was in Delhi sicherlich sehr gut ist. Hilfsbreites Personal mit validen Tipps. Frühstück und Essen im inkl. Restaurant sehr lecker und für europäische Mägen geeignet. Das Beste sind jedoch die schallisolierenden Fenster. Delhi ist unfassbar laut - durch die guten Fenster entsteht eine kleine Oase der Ruhe.

Pros:

We liked the staff, the balcony and the location. The restaurant is absolutely superb. We enjoyed it so much last time that we came for a second stay and we expect to return next year.

Cons:

Waiting such a long time for the hot water to arrive, it was so very wasteful and Delhi is woefully short of water. It made us feel bad to waste such a lot of water. If they can sort this issue out it is a really good place to stay.

À notre arrivée, les chambres n’étaient pas prêtes car trop tôt. Ils ont tout mis œuvre pour les nettoyer et même en donner une petite en attente.

Camere pulite e spaziose.
Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il tè allo zafferano che viene offerto.

Cons:

Zona un po’ rumorosa (soprattutto se la camera dà sulla strada) e trafficata data la vicinanza alla stazione.

Pros:

I really appreciated the airport pickup service which ran smoothly. Staff are warm and welcoming and very flexible with arrangements. I felt safe and secure in the hotel. There is an excellent restaurant attached with a range of food options at very reasonable prices

היתה לנו שהות נעימה מאד. המלון המקסים הזה הוא כמו אי של שקט בתוך ההמולה של הרחוב. הצוות נהדר, נענה לכל בקשה, בקבלה השירות מקצועי ומעולה, המסעדה מאד נחמדה והאוכל טעים. תמיד הרגשנו קבלת פנים חמה. גם קיבלנו הסעה לשדה התעופה וערכת ארוחת בוקר לדרך. ממליצה מאד. בוודאי נחזור
