Guests can avail ticketing services, sightseeing tour bookings, and car rentals at the travel desk. The hotel also houses a business center, laundry services, currency exchange, and a restaurant serving a variety of international cuisines.

Important information:

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis.

Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. You are kindly reminded to inform the hotel on your arrival details if you want to make use of this service. You can make a note of this in the special requests box in the booking form, or by directly contacting the hotel once a reservation has been made.

Very good hotel with excellent restaurant
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They advised us the hotel restaurant was good and they were very right! Cafe vagabond (the hotel restaurant) was great - we ate there every day of our stay having different dishes (plus their staff were lovely).
The room was spacious, mostly clean and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. There were always tuk tuks passing by outside. The hotel offered a free airport pickup, where you only pay for the driver’s parking cost, which is not much at all (+ driver tip) - this was really helpful and the driver communicated with us well & it was easy to find him.

Cons:

The bathroom is nice and the shower is warm & powerful. However, our bathroom did not have great ventilation so it did get very hot (and stayed hot for a while) after a warm shower.

I enjoyed my stay at Ajanta hotel, I look forward to staying at this hotel in the near future.
Pros:

Very spacious room and clean washroom.

Cons:

The taxi service was expensive and not suitable for travel to Delhi Railway station. Please include reputable taxi services who do not extort the customers of this hotel.

The only hotel I stay at in New Delhi
Pros:

An oasis of calm in the craziness of New Delhi. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are quite nice as well. Being able to order room service also feels like quite a luxury.

Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Super duper crazy noisy. Inside and out. Quite dirty. Area was not pleasant. I left two days earlier than planned. I've been to Delhi many times, never paid this much for accomodation and I think this was about my worst experience.

Images and description are misleading. Not soundproof.
