Important information:

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis.

Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. You are kindly reminded to inform the hotel on your arrival details if you want to make use of this service. You can make a note of this in the special requests box in the booking form, or by directly contacting the hotel once a reservation has been made.

Quiet, beautiful and comfortable.
Pros:

The decor and design were beautiful. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax and watch sunset.

Pros:

Nous avons été bien accueillis par une équipe sérieuse et sympathique. L'hôtel de style colonial a beaucoup de charme. Notre chambre était grande et le lit était confortable. La rue est très animée, il y a le restaurant attenant qui est très bien. On peut aller à pied à Connaugh Place, et à la gare ferroviaire.

Ausgezeichneter Service! Ich bin mit Magenbeschwerden angereist und der Hotelmanager hat sich persönlich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert, uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben und einen Taxiservice zu einem guten Krankenhaus organisiert. Nachdem es mir wieder besser ging, hat er uns eine tolle Stadtrundfahrt per Hotel-Taxi organisiert - zu einem fairen Preis. Auch sonst war das Personal äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Die in Reinigung gegebenen Wäsche haben wir am gleichen Tag sehr sauber und tadellos gebügelt zurückbekommen. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr schön, bequem und sehr sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert - gerade auch, wenn man zum ersten Mal in Delhi ist und sich etwas überfordert fühlt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was man nicht mit ein wenig Kreativität oder einem kurzen Gespräch lösen konnte.

Great hotel, friendly staff, decent restaurant in central Delhi. Staff were really helpful and the free airport transfer is excellent and much appreciated. Great value for a Delhi visit and well located for visiting Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk, etc

Cons:

My only concerns were the slightly unclean facilities (particularly the bathroom/ shower) and the noise at night from outdoors. Though the staff were really pleasant and helpful they were quite aggressive with insisting we leave a Booking.com review right then and there (as in, insisting you open your app and writing a review) which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great hotel to access train station for a short stay. Great restaurant and helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for the train station. Staff were great. “Al Pacino” was excellent organising a tour with the wonderful “Jacky Chan” for a driver. Really helpful tips and information. The restaurant was really good.

Cons:

The room was comfortable but a little old and musty for what we’re used to.

Pros:

Un hôtel qui sur le papier présentait bien. Beaucoup de chambres mais malheureusement pas propres et pour la plupart d’entre elles sans fenêtres.
J’ai changé trois de chambre car elles étaient très bruyantes.
La propreté laisse clairement à désirer.
Cependant le personnel a été très aimable et à essayer de me rendre service à chaque demande.
Mais je n’y retournerai pas.
L’emplacement est central dans le bazar, mais je préfère dorénavant être dans le sud de delhi au calme.

Cons:

Le bruit: même pendant la nuit le personnel parle fort dans les couloirs et m’a réveillée à plusieurs reprises.
Le bruit de la rue est très intense à l’intérieur.
Les chambres n’était propres. Le lit inconfortable.

Personale molto garbato. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza (la numero 006 al pianoterra) che puzzava di umidità e lo staff si è subito prodigato per trovare una soluzione. Ci hanno offerto il taxi per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Il cafè al pianoterra è molto carino e si mangia bene.

Cons:

La colazione non era particolarmente varia. La stanza era molto piccola e puzzava di umidità.
