Guests can avail ticketing services, sightseeing tour bookings, and car rentals at the travel desk. The hotel also houses a business center, laundry services, currency exchange, and a restaurant serving a variety of international cuisines.

Important information:

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis.

Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. You are kindly reminded to inform the hotel on your arrival details if you want to make use of this service. You can make a note of this in the special requests box in the booking form, or by directly contacting the hotel once a reservation has been made.

Boa relação qualidade preço
Pros:

Gostei da relação preço qualidade do quarto e da disponibilidade para resolverem problemas, neste caso, para solucionar o problema de um aparelho de AC a fazer demasiado ruído.

Cons:

Não gostei do muito ruído proveniente da rua até tarde.

Pros:

フロントの対応から客室、清掃全てが文句なかった。
トイレペーパーの残量を気にしてくれたり、他にも欲しいものはないか？など聞いていただき、不織布のスリッパをくれた。レストランも満足。コスパもアクセスも良かった。また利用したい^_^

Comfort and safe stay, all staffs behaviour are good and respectful, Restaurant food is also good and complementary breakfast is also so delicious. Loved it with my family

Great hotel, with efficient staff
Pros:

Great hotel. Charming staff, very nice room. We were international visitors as it was great that they spoke English for us to be able to communicate with ease. Very good restaurant for evening meals, good morning breakfast & best coffee l had in India.

Cons:

The hotel is very safe inside, with excellent security. The surrounding area is very busy.

Nice good hotel in a central location but free pick up is not free
Pros:

Good breakfast. The staff was friendly. The location was quite central and the rooms clean.
Overall a nice central hotel 🏨

Cons:

You need to pay parking fees for the "free" pick up. I think, it would been cheaper for us to get Uber from airport rather than pay "parking". The driver didn't give parking receipt either.

Very conveniently located near the train station for a quick stopover.
Pros:
