Preis-Leistung nicht schlecht
Pros:

Preis-Leistung ist nicht schlecht. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einfach und die Schlüsselübergabe äußerst unkompliziert. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man einen der wenigen kostenfreien Parkplätze.

Cons:

Es war leider nicht sehr sauber, besonders im Badezimmer. Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Pros:

This is very convenient for every kind of facilities like tram line stop, food outlet, super market (Penny), for walk, great view from window, scenic beauty with hills and sunrise

Cons:

One thing is the ceiling fan was not working and the table fan was very minimal and was not enough if u feel a bit hot. But if it's winter then it's fine.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht, da wir Freunde besucht hatten. Die Unterkunft ist extrem günstig – ohne Frühstück – direkt nebenan ist ein sehr guter Bäcker. Es ist ein älteres Haus, die Lage ist gut wir durften unsere Lucy mitbringen und haben für den Hund zehn Euro bezahlt. Das ist okay. Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich und hat uns vorher in der E-Mail alles erklärt mit Schlüsselkasten und so weiter.

Unacceptable room temperature
Pros:

Free parking is available, though the entrance can be a bit tricky to find. It would help if the hotel updated its description with a small map or clearer directions. Once you locate it, entry is smooth thanks to a fully automated check in system, well organized and efficient. For breakfast, the nearby bakery is perfect.

Cons:

The interior is outdated, you can see and feel the age throughout the property. It’s fine for a single night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. My room was on the top floor, and it was unbearably hot, over 40°C, with no air conditioning. A small fan had been placed in the room, but it made virtually no difference. This turned the stay into a genuinely unpleasant experience. I don’t understand how a room like this can be rented out without any real measures to protect guests from the heat.

Eher ein Gästehaus statt Hotel
Pros:

Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Abholung Schlüssel war in Ordnung. Gute, zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Raum war bei hohen Temperaturen nur schlecht bewohnbar, bereitgestellter Ventilator hatte kaum Wirkung. Zusätzliche Wärmeentwicklung aus dem Bad heraus. Etwas verwohnt (Schrankscharniere kaputt, Vorhänge unvollständig und zum Teil nicht in der Führung. Ist kein richtiges Hotel mehr, denn Rezeption und Hotelbereich im EG unzugänglich und unbesetzt.

Pas cher, mais peu confortable. Ça m’a bien dépanné pour une nuit lorsque j’étais en transit

Procédure d’arriver après les heures d’ouverture difficile à appliquer / pas Claire
Stationnement pour véhicule : très compliqué dans le quartier car peu de place pour se garer et énormément de sens uniques et sens interdits
Pas de Clim et chambre sous les toits pendant la Canicule : nuit, très chaude et difficile de dormir. Heureusement, il a ventilateur au plafond.
