Our toilet wouldn't flush so we called the front desk (this was very late) and a guy came and fixed it right away! We also wanted to connect the tv to my laptop and when we asked him about it he helped us set it up and lent us the right cables. Great staff!
The signs indicating which spots are for the hotel guests (inside the parking lot) should be printed in much bigger and bolder text. It was very hard to see and we spent a lot of time driving in circles, but luckily there was good reception on our phones so we called the hotel and they were very helpful.
