החדרים ללא נוף ומשקיפים מקרוב על בניינים סמוכים. חגגנו יומולדת ונאמר שיחכה לנו פינוק בחדר... אבל פרט למה ששמים לכל האורחים לא היה כלום. שודרגנו בתשלום לחדר אקזקיוטיב שנראה בול כמו חדר רגיל, רק שעלה יותר..

לא. אני מעוניינת להגיש תלונה על עובדת בשם הילה, שעשתה רושם שהיא עובדת חדשה אצלכם, במשך חודשיים כמעט שהיתי אצלכם במלון, פגשתי אותה פעמיים בדלפק, ובקרוב מאד אשמח להגיש עליה מלא תלונות במשטרה, לא רק תלונה אחת. חבל שנתתם לעובדת אחת שלכם לקלקל את העבודה הטובה/סבירה של שאר העובדים שלכם. מאד כדאי היה שלא הייתם משתפים פעולה, כלומר ממשיכים לעבוד במקום עבודה בו מישהי אחת מסוגלת לקלקל לכולכם את עבודתכם.

Overall very good hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Good breakfast, although sharing with Rothschild 22 Hotel and very crowded.

Cons:

The elevator broke for half a day. Room was cleaned only after 1500 when we already came back and had to leave for the cleaning. Should have been done earlier in a hotel of this level and price.

בצ׳ק אין, נורית (אם אני זוכר נכון) קיבלה את פנינו באהבה וכבר נתנה לנו להרגיש נפלא ולהתחיל את החופשה בכיף.

אהבנו הכל ולא היה חסר כלום, להיפך.
הטרקלין בקומת הקפה מושלם, יין, שמפניה, שתיה קלה, עוגות, עוגיות, פירות, גבינות ועוד.... יש הכל מהכל וחופשי לכל דורש.
ממש לא מובן מאליו.

החדר נקי ונעים.
המיקום מושלם, ממש במרכז העניינים.
חניה במלון שזה ממש פרקטי (הזמנה מראש).

בהחלט נחזור !
