Comfortable and close to MOA

Cons:

About 2 blocks further from MOA than Sea Residences, so a little further to walk, but not necessarily a bad thing.

The unit itself was nice. Accessible to MOA. High speed Internet.

Cons:

Some stuff’s in there was old like beddings and pillow cases. Need some tender loving care.

Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Proximity to MOA.
Staff was reachable.
Unit was clean.

Cons:

Wall so thin that you can hear the noises from the hallway, neighbouring unit (i.e. chair being pulled, someone washing their clothes, water going down the drain) - these issues weren’t at owner’s fault.
Builder used cheap materials!

Pros:

I like that the staff give us the details prior to checking in . It has complimentary towels and toiletries.

Cons:

The shower curtain, dish drainer, and refrigerator are dirty. Also the bedsheets are not comfortable. And the bathroom is slippery too.

Great and wonderful experience
Pros:

Great place, great location and good value of money.
Only walking distance from MOA. It’s also near the airport and the owner is very responsive to all our requests and queries. 👍
