*신축건물이라서 냄새없고 깔끔*
Pros:

신축건물이라서 깔끔했고 냉장고도 큼지막하고 1층에CU 2층에 농협은행있고 아침일찍 자다가 일어나서 전화받아준 여직원분 고마워요😍

Comfortable, safe and relaxing
Pros:

I have stayed in this area before, and I really like the comfortable apartments. The proximity to the metro and Songdo Central Park and the nice views from the window. It is clean, convenient for the airport, a good price and shops and restaurants downstairs - all these things make this property ideal for the traveller who has just arrived and need a couple of days of rest, who has business in the area or is about to go back to their country.

Cons:

Nothing really - it is all good.

Cons:

走去地鐵站需要步行一段
Check in是自助式的
因為入住時間還沒到想寄放行李
打電話詢問職員叫我們把放在公共櫃檯後面空間
公共櫃檯感覺是整棟大樓的櫃檯
行李寄放是無人看管的
但大家都放就跟著放 貴重物品還是隨身比較好

Looked immaculate until it didn't
Pros:

The location was fair, the bathroom was clean as well as most surfaces were cleaned to shine.

Cons:

The initial room had unpleasant odor upon arrival; so I was given a different room, which smelled fine.

But there the bed linen & the sheet weren't clean; I found some visible, unpleasant stains on bed sheets under the blanket... at a suspicious location... I asked them to replace them both, but they replaced only the sheet and not the blanket cover... insisting it's clean.

Then upon close examinations - despite all the "shiny" surfaces (mirrors, faucets, etc) - many nooks and crannies weren't so clean after all, ESPECIALLY THE WASHER. Also possibly some mites... as I begin to suffer a few small bites/itches.

Seems like they're family-managed, which I'd normally appreciate, but in this case they may need to take more professional care across the board... not just on the surface.

Very good
Pros:

Nice clean apartment.
Bit difficult to check in due to Korean translation , but once translated , very easy

Cons:

Towels for drying yourself after shower are small .
Thankfully there is a drying rack .
Could do with karger shower towels
