Pool is nice. Artwork is stunning. Parking plentiful. Entrance is delightful. Fish are pretty.
WiFi is weak. Renovation noise disturbed our afternoon nap. Some of the facilities need updating.
1.Television only in Myanmar language surprised.I had to ask staff to check it and took long time to fix.
2. Bathroom is old , shower room didn’t clean enough
Paid for a 2 way shuttle to the walking st Market. Wanted to go back to the hotel to eat. Had to wait almost an hr despite several phone calls its a 4 minute drive. When I finally got back to the hotel the restaurant was closed.. Went to bed hungry. No blackout curtains very bright room
Great breakfast and dinner good size room beds were extremely hard not comfortable at all . Bathroom could do with a deep clean. Overall we would stay again.

It is in need of a renovation, furniture partly damaged, towels weared out with threads hanging out. Shower full of lime stains not good cleaned.
Comfortable, clean, walking distance to street art and markets, bigger rooms more comfortable and worth upgrading to. Good water temperature and pressure. Nice coffee shop (P House Cafe) about 150-200m down the road en route to street art or markets.
Pool is very small, breakfast is only freshly cooked at 6:30am, so if you come at 9am, most of the food has been sitting out for a long time, should be able to order freshly cooked eggs, for example, regardless of what time you eat.
