Séjour aggréable. J'y reviendrai a l'hotel pendant mon prochain séjour a Abidjan.
Pros:

Hotel bien equipé, comfortable et bien situé a la Zone4.
Personnel souriant et serviable.
Le menu du restaurant est varié et délicieux.
La salle de sport est accessible a tout moment et équiper par le matériel nécessaire.

Pros:

Très propre - très neuf - belle piscine - bien placé dans le quartier très sympa de Marcory - Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Les travaux à proximité mais franchement c’est tout à fait supportable et ça va finir bientôt j’imagine. La piscine qui ferme à 17h. 18h30 me semble plus correct

Sadece otel değil güzel bir dinlenme tesisi ve Restaurant.
Pros:

İş Seyahati için geldiğimiz şehirde Byblos hotel bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Personel aşırı ilgili, devamlı etrafınızdalar ve size yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel sahibi Lübnan asıllı olduğu için kahvaltı ve yemekler Türk ağız tadına çok uygun. Kahvaltı kalitesi çoğu global zincirin çok üzerinde. Çeşitlilik yeterli.
Odaların genişliği yine çoğu zincir otelden çok daha fazla , temizlik çok iyi.
Otelin restaurant kısmı çok başarılı, dünya mutfağından asya - avrupa ve Lübnan mutfağını çok başarılı ve kaliteli şekilde temsil ediyor. Şehirde çok farklı yerde yemek yedik, en güzeli Byblos otel içinde yediklerimiz oldu. Bahçesi ve havuzu çok güzel. Akşam bahçede oturmak bile çok keyifliydi. Çok sık seyahat eden birisi olarak en beğendiğim oteller içindeler.

Cons:

havuzun kapanış saati maalesef 17:00. bu saati biraz daha ileri çekmeleri çok iyi olacaktır.

Disappointed not to get the room we booked on booking.com and were lied to about it

We booked a large room but we were told on arrival that it was not available due to renovation. But this was a lie, because other staff subsequently informed us that the room had been given to someone else.
