Disappointed not to get the room we booked on booking.com and were lied to about it

Cons:

We booked a large room but we were told on arrival that it was not available due to renovation. But this was a lie, because other staff subsequently informed us that the room had been given to someone else.

Pros:

La chaleur du personnel, belle chambre.

Cons:

- Il y avait un gros problème dans la douche. Pas de pente donc l'eau ne coulait pas lorsqu'on se lave. C'était très désagréable d'évacuer l'eau toute la nuit.
- la qualité du petit a baissé.

Bel hôtel moderne bien équipé très propre
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix dans un lieu agréable.
Les chambres spacieuses et la belle salle de bains modernes.

Cons:

L'environnement de l'hôtel. Le manque de jardin.

Satisfaisant et c’est à recommander
Pros:

Hôtel très propre. Chambres propre et Confortable, spacieuse. Personnels très accueillant et toujours disponible. La piscine était top mais fermé très tôt
On a adoré dans l’ensemble

Pros:

Internet connection was good. Air conditioner was good.

Cons:

Price of water. Electricity issue happened last day before check out so I couldn't have shower. I called reception but no one was interested in my problem. Also, I couldn't get an invoice in the name of company eventhough I had given instruction on check in. Breakfast coffee is terrible. To order Americano, they ask extra costs.
In general prices are expensive and the service you get is not satisfying at all.

Très bien , et c’est à retenté
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien et ça mérite le prix , le personnel est accueillant, et le service est impeccable

Cons:

Il n’y a pas eu de changement de draps lorsqu’on avait salit , l’eau de la douche déborde à l’extérieur, le petit déjeuner n’est pas au choix pour le service en chambre et manque de matériel il n’y avait pas de brosse à dents et pâtes dentifrice on a dû signaler pour en recevoir.

Vraiment top.
Pros:

Le staff, excellent acceuil, prevenant et toujours pret a aider. Le petit dej 10/10, chambre calme, espace lounge et bar piscine tranquille et agreable.

Cons:

C’est vraiment pour « chercher la ptite bête » .. jai eu froid dans les espaces interieurs, la clim au max. Mais jai tout le temps froid :)
