Excelente hotel en Ginebra
Pros:

La habitación es super cómoda, con espacio para varias maletas. La cama muy buena. Dejan un buen café y té en la habitación cada día. A la hora de solicitar algo, se preocupan inmediatamente. Es un excelente hotel. Además con muy buen desayuno, café de calidad y frutas.

Cons:

El personal es excelente, pero se nota que están muy justos. Podrían mejorar la iluminación del baño.

Pros:

Rapidité de la réservation. Accueil chaleureux et efficace. Position centrale par rapport au centre-ville. Confort , silence. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Check-out rapide et efficace. La qualité du service pour récupérer ma trousse de toilette oubliée était excellente.

Cons:

Le plus difficile est de maintenir ce niveau de service.

Pros:

Front desk was super nice and helpful. The rooms was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location to get out and walk around Geneva. Also very close to transit and train station.

Cons:

No fitness room. Had to us the hotel around the corners fitness room.

Kahvaltısı çok seçenekli ve zengin. Konum fena değil, tren istasyonuna yakın. Yataklar konforlu ve temiz. Müşteriler için dışarı çıkarken şemsiye imkanı da sunuyor.

Cons:

Sadece sıcaklık ile ilgili sorunumuz oldu. İlk akşam ya biz çalıştıramadık yada ayarları bozuktu, tam bilemiyorum. İlk kez gelenlere sistemin nasıl çalıştığını tarif etmek iyi olabilir.

Pros:

Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde, Butini public otoparkına çok yakın, yeterli kahvaltısı olan, temiz bir tesis. Fiyatına göre tesisin özellikleri yeterli.

Cons:

Çalışanlar, özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan görevlilerin daha güleryüzlü olması gerek diye düşünüyorum.
