Kilátás.
Nem volt hűtő. Nem volt elég édes a limonádé a büfében. A reggelinél a főtt tojás nem ízlett.
A csend, ami az egész szállodában jelen volt,a tisztaság, a személyzet kedvessége.

Nagyon örülünk, hogy felfedeztük ezt a gyönyörű környezetben lévő nagyon kényelmes, komfortos szállodát, ahol a fantasztikus, profi és azontúl kedves, emberközpontú személyzet tette fel az I-re a koronát. The location itself is wonderful — quiet, peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature on top of Dobogókő. The spa area is nice, rental bikes are in good shape, and a few items at dinner (soups, desserts, pickles) were actually tasty.
We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, and we were fully prepared to pay a premium price for a 4-star experience. Unfortunately, we received virtually zero service for our money.
The main issue was how the hotel completely prioritized a corporate conference over regular paying guests. Both breakfast and dinner were pure chaos. Large areas of the restaurant were block-reserved for the conference group, leaving individual guests to wander around with plates in hand searching for anywhere to sit. What makes it frustrating is that the conference attendees came in small groups at different times anyway — their massive reserved tables were 2/3 empty the entire evening! Yet no staff came to assist us. We literally had to clean an empty table ourselves and go hunt down cutlery and napkins from other tables.
On top of that:
Food: Very limited selection. Breakfast was worse and far more basic than at €50/night places we’ve stayed at in Hungary. At dinner, two out of three mains were heavily oversalted. (We ended up having lunch at Platán Panzió nearby — vastly superior food at a fraction of the price).
Room & Housekeeping: When we checked in, we found small bloodstains and stray hairs on the bed sheets. On the second day, we hung the "Please clean room" sign on the door and spent the entire day outside, only to return to a completely uncleaned room. The mattress in Room 118 was uncomfortably soft, and there is no mini-fridge in the room to keep water cold during summer heat.
Service & Hidden Fees: Bike tires were underinflated and staff had zero recommendations or maps for local routes. In the spa, bathrobe policy was totally random. And to top it all off, at check-out we were hit with an unexpected parking fee — something nobody bothered to mention at check-in, despite the hotel being in a secluded area with plenty of open space around.
Summary:
If you’re coming here as part of a conference, you’ll probably have a fine time.

Jól felszerelt, erkélyes szobák, kedves személyzet. Wellnes lehetőség. :)
Egyedül a túl puha matracok minősége kifigásolható. A problémával tisztában voltunk így előzetesen kértünk fedőmatracot ami már be volt készítve érkezésünkkor. :)
A személyzeti nagyon kedvesek. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. Kényelmes ágyak.
Egy kicsit a wellness részleg bővíteni lehetne, mondjuk a fák alá egy medence.
Szépen felújított, igényesen berendezett szálloda, a szoba szép, tágas, esztétikus és tágas fürdőszobával rendelkezik. Több helyen található a hallban és a bárban interaktív társasjáték, amivel jól el lehet tölteni az időt.. Helyben bérelhető elektromos kerékpár is.
A személyzet nem túl készséges, inkább fásult. A szobában az ágyban lévő matracok rendkívül puhák, emiatt nagyon kényelmetlenek. A wellness részleg pici, külön fel kell iratkozni még a jacuzzi használatra is.
