The worst place Ive stayed in uncomfortable, dirty, small for such alot of money unbelievable.

Cons:

The radiator was falling of the wall, the bed was hard one single flat pillow. The view from the window was looking into a laundry room, no remote for the tv, no spoons or folks to use. Mould on the shower appliance in the shower cubicle. You couldn't have a wash as the tap was so large so all the water went over the floor and shelve. Terrible stay for such a lot of money £350 per night.

Perfect for a Short Stay in the Area
Pros:

We stayed at Nox for 2 nts to attend a wedding nearby. Perfect location in Richmond, rooms are small but well designed and have everything you need. Staff at receptIon were welcoming. All in all a gr8 stay and for Richmond / UK it was great value.

The rooms are not sound proof so heard everything from other rooms surrounding us

The room was clean and had what we wanted

Cons:

The walls are paper-thin. The people above us were heard chatting and moving the furniture around during the early hours of the morning. We could hear the room next to us television on at night and in the morning, we could hear someone vomiting.

Lovely stay in Richmond!
Pros:

You can hardly stay more central in Richmond for a better price. Very modern looking rooms, fully equipped, and beautiful bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants.
