Lovely quiet room right in the centre of Richmond.
Pros:

The bed was quite small but the mattress was very comfortable. Everything was very well designed and to have a small kitchen was great.

Cons:

Bed could have been bigger. Hooks by the door for coats.

Pros:

It was ideal that it was close to the train station

Cons:

Staff on reception were rude. Not welcoming at all.
Cleanliness of the room was questionable. Pink mould around the shower tray.
Heating didnt work properly.
A broken blind sat on the radiator, with part of it still attached to the wall so couldn't be moved.
No TV remote

Pros:

Ich habe mein kleines Zimmer mit Flussblick wirklich geliebt! Es war gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet, das wichtig ist (sogar mit kleiner Küche) und der Blick aus dem Fenster war fantastisch! Habe mich ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die Matratze war recht hart. Tür musste fest zugedrückt werden, damit sie wirklich zu ist. Aber sonst hat alles gepasst.

Muy limpio y lindo la vista era hermosa al río. Claros en la llegada al alojamiento y siempre había alguien en la recepción dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

la cama no era taaaaan cómodo y para llegar al centro eran entre 30-40 min en metro. Pero ellos lo mencionan en la descripción. Es un muy buen lugar

Would definitely stay here again, friendly staff and good value for location and facilities.
Pros:

Staff were unhelpful. Rooms was dirty. Fridge was full of mould. Bed was uncomfortable. Could hear every noise from other rooms.

Trip Down Memory Lane
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, everything that you needed,
nice view over river, clean, very comfortable bed, good value for money. Richmond is beautiful, lovely coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to Twickenham, also very beautiful.
We visited St. Mary's University where we studied 30 years ago. Beautiful place and very easy to get to from hotel. Easy to travel into London for theatre etc...

Cons:

We had a lovely time and the hotel was a good base for us.
The hotel doesn't have a bar but there are loads nearby.
