Ground floor room

Cons:

The housekeeper left all their cleaning equipment and often garbage right at my door. There were so many lights/standby lights on right near the bed all night and there was a lot of light coming in from around the door

Great location, clean rooms but don’t stay on the lower ground floor if you appreciate day light.
Pros:

Excellent location near Thames. Only 10min walk to Richmond tube/train station.

Cons:

Our room was on lower ground floor with no window. There was a jacuzzi in the room but it was out of order, which was really disappointing. Room was dark. It was hard to wash one’s hands in the bathrooom as the tap was located akwardly.

According to the description we should have had a seating/desk area, however we did not have anything like this (nor slippers as per the description). The room was also not serviced (if we had to pay for this they should have told us at check in)

A wonderful day and I’m looking forward to staying here again in October with my family!
Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff were helpful. My needs were simple and this gave me exactly what I needed.

Cons:

A little more space in the room would have been appreciated, with room for a table to sit at or work at. But I knew what I was getting before I arrived, so it’s not like there was any misrepresentation of the space.
