A lovely room on the 3rd floor. Small but very clean. Great to have a kitchenette. Lovely shower. Bed very comfortable. Generous with tea, coffee, milk. Hotel is in a great location and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!
Nothing really. A king size bed would have been good, but for the price it was great. Can't understand what other people were complaining about!

Posizione ottima per una passeggiata lungo fiume, per raggiungere Kew Garden ma anche circondata da diversi posti dove mangiare o comprare beni di prima necessità.

Excellent central location in Richmond, near the river and all bars and restaurants. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good value for money given the location.
Rooms are quite small and visitors should note there is no lift. Biggest issue for me, at 5’2”, was being unable to reach hanging rails in wardrobes, glasses and mugs in cupboards and cords to operate the blinds. I’ve never experienced this in any hotel or property before, and it is a major design fault. Lucky that I was travelling with a taller partner!
Location was fab!
The most serious issue was a significant fly infestation throughout the room. There were flies covering the ceilings and walls, with swarms continuously flying around the space. This made the room unhygienic and extremely uncomfortable to stay in. I have photographic evidence to support this.
I reported this issue on the first night of my stay. However, I was advised to go to a shop and purchase fly spray myself, which is not an acceptable solution. When I requested to be moved to another room, I was informed that the property was fully booked and no alternative accommodation could be provided.
In addition to the infestation, there were several other concerns:
- The bathroom was dirty upon arrival
- Mugs provided had visible lipstick marks on them
- The Wi-Fi did not work at all during the stay
- The bed was a small double and not suitable or comfortable
- The room itself was extremely cramped, comparable to a cupboard, with no natural lighting in the bedroom
- The kitchenette window was obstructed by a tree, further limiting light.
- No onsite parking
Location is excellent right by the river and lots of shops. The room was spotless and had some extra touches like a microwave, kettle, etc. It had river views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again.
It was on the third floor which was not an issue as we had backpacks. However, tricky if you have heavy bags.

Quando cheguei ao hotel por volta da 1:30 am, o hotel estava fechado, ninguém na recepção, ninguém atendia os telefones. Tive que arranjar outro hotel para essa noite.

Really nice hotel, staff very friendly and excellent customer service. The room was spotless and a nice decor. Lovely little kitchenette, toaster, kettle, hob, sink etc. Very quiet and the location for Richmond was superb.
