Perfect for exploring Richmond :)
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The location was perfect for when wanting to explore Richmond and getting into central London. The rooms were clean, smartly laid out (loved the cupboard design), and it’s the perfect place for if you want to explore London and then have a simple hotel room. It’s not a place where you stay inside all of the day. I’d really like to thank the staff for helping us with an issue. Our first room’s shower had terrible water pressure but they very kindly moved us to another room which was much better. So thank you for helping us :)

Cons:

Thin walls which made hearing our neighbours easily heard. And there is a ‘Be At One’ bar right next door which I assume during season could potentially be quite loud. Just something to take note of when booking but not necessarily a negative.

Pros:

Very clean and my room had a kitchenette if I wanted to heat up food. Restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets all within walking distance. Train station also less than 15min walk away

A good stay in a good location. Resonable priced.
Pros:

Clean and room was organized well

Cons:

The stuff was on the personal phone all the time, seem to be very busy on it rather than responding to customers whether face to face or the telephone.

Pros:

Location is very central, Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

For the price, rooms are small. The triple room is very tight and the kitchenette is also very small. The room was a bit dark , as it was in a basement and the window was facing an outside wall. Overall it's overpriced, even if the location is good.

Pros:

Having lived close by I knew this was in an excellent location. Price point is amazing,
Rooms super clean and it is a very safe place to stay. Additionally there is a mini kitchenette area, super useful

It was ok , but not worth the money
Pros:

Location and clean

Cons:

The mattress was uncomfortable , probably at the end of its life . The room was clean and compact . On the day I booked it was £161 , when I looked online on the day of travel it was £105 !

Highly recommend
Pros:

I stayed one night for a flight from Heathrow. The location is incredible! It's right on Richmond high road, clean & comfortable and great value for the price. The staff are lovely and resolved our issues promptly.

Cons:

Not really a negative, the staff didn't show us how to unlock the front door so we had to keep knocking and our heater stopped working at 01:00 am in winter, but the reception staff fixed it within 30 mins.

Happy stay in lovely Richmond.
Pros:

Location was great. About 10-15 minute easy walk to the station and buses lose to eating places and shops, 5 minutes walk to the river and all of its attractions, 20 minutes walk to Richmond Park. Also the room had a stove, microwave and fridge and luxury - a heated towel rail. We caught an Uber to Heathrow on a Saturday morning 8.30am and the cost was only £30. We caught an electric Uber taxi at 4pm on. Thursday from Heathrow and the cost was £90! Pick your times.

Cons:

Room was a bit small but that is normal for London.

Not a good hotel. Run by just young girls with no experience. Too small cold rooms. Not staying there again
Pros:

Clean but there was no staff apart from one young girl with no experience. The room was in the basement , extremely dark and too small for 3 people, not fit for purpose. She was a bit rude

Cons:

Everything, no space , no staff . Over rated. So cold at night. Not enough pillows. Poor thin duvet. Stained sheets. No water bottles. Really unpleasant. Never again
