Great location if you visit Richmond
Pros:

I traveled for attending a wedding, this hotel was close to the venue, it was very handy for us and great location with plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops around, clean room and friendly staff

Far too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Central location, quiet, good bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Overpriced. Tiny room, no space to move or sit, despite the room description listing a "seating area". Small bed for two people. Kitchenette is a nice idea, but we had no need for it. Would prefer some chairs or space to move/get changed/hang things up. No-one at reception when I arrived at about 5pm. Had to wait for someone to appear, and when they did, they offered no welcome or apology. Disappointing when paying such a high rate.

Lovely hotel. Good facilities. Noisy room over looking main road.
Pros:

The room, bathroom and mini-kitchen are great. The bed is comfortable. And at the moment, having quiet and efficient air-conditioning is brilliant. This is our third stay in this hotel in the past few months.

Cons:

The bedroom was overlooking the main road and was very noisy. I did not sleep well during the 3 nights we were there. I was convinced at one point that the window was open, but it was not. From what I could see, the windows are only single glazed. and so the sound reduction is minimal.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. Very quiet but surrounded by a buzzing area.

It knocked 1 point off for no lift. Bu the staff did find me another room which was better for me.
