Pros:

We stayed at Kumkat Hotel with my spouse for 3 nights and left truly very satisfied. From the very first moment, the warm and sincere hospitality made us feel at home. The amazingly large garden is beautiful; especially spending time there in the mornings was a real pleasure.

The breakfast was one of the highlights for us — both delicious and carefully prepared. Especially the freshly baked warm bread every morning and the apricot jam made by Ms. Funda were the stars of our breakfast.

We would also like to give a special thanks to the owner, Ms. Funda. Her care, friendliness, and personal attention to every detail made this experience even more enjoyable.

We would definitely consider coming again and would happily recommend it.

Funda de host geeft zo een vriendelijk onthaal dat je het iedee hebt bij vrienden aan te komen. Het hotel is mooi, schoon en ontbijt was heerlijk en authentieke. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug

Mit viel Liebe eingerichtets Haus mit nettem Garten und super-freundlichem Personal. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Und es gab jeden Tag was Neues als Überraschung.
Um das Hotel bzw. den Ort zu erreichen braucht man ein Auto, Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Meer ist zwar nur ein paar 100 Meter entfernt, aber es gibt dort keinen Strand.
Super nettes und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und Personal. Es wurde uns auch einfach so mal ein Limoncello serviert.

Pros:

What a lovely and cozy spot with a wonderful host who truly cares about her guests! As an interior designer and someone who loves to travel, I was really impressed with this place—it went beyond my expectations! And the breakfast? Absolutely fantastic! Plus, the location is quiet and perfectly situated on the way to the airport from Didim.

Cons:

I couldn't finish my breakfast because I had to rush to the airport!

Este hotel foi uma fantástica surpresa. O pequeno almoço é absolutamente delicioso, o staff é super atencioso e prestável.
O hotel situa-se numa zona mais rural, contudo conta com praias encantadoras perto e restaurantes maravilhosos.

The hotel is located in a more secluded area, but with amazing beaches and restaurants nearby.

Przyjemny obiekt, dość nowy, przestrzenne pokoje, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miła obsługa, pomocna w każdej sprawie

Cons:

Niestety brudno, dużo włosów na podłodze i w łazience. Narzuta na łóżku brudna, ręczniki również brudne.

Cosy and beautiful hidden gem!
Pros:

Very nicely decorated place with a lovely garden. The owners were outstandingly hospitable providing local tips and delicious breakfast. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walking distance to the fascinating ancient town of iasos.
