Wonderful little hotel in the middle of everything with parking.
Pros:

Friendly staff, off street parking, clean rooms, hot water

Cons:

You have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant for breakfast, but that is also a plus. The restaurant is very nice.

Tres joli endroit tout près du lac !
Pros:

Super propre les chambres sentaient tellement bon !! Le personnel très sympathique! Le propriétaire m’a même fait un café le matin pour me faire plaisir !

Hôtel pas cher qui s il était silencieux pourrait etre agréable

La situation au fond d une impasse mal entretenue avec les chiens qui aboient et la basse cour à proximité
Nous n avons pas eu de chance nous sommes tombés sur des fêtards et comme il n y a pas de présence la nuit c etait nuit blanche

Acogedor, comodo, con mucha tranquilidad.
Pros:

La atención brindada fue de primer nivel, empezando por don Edgar que fue super atento con nosotros desde el momento de nuestra llegada, incluso nos permitieron dejar el carro mucho antes del check-in y se aseguraron que las habitaciones estuvieran limpias y listas para usarse. Incluso hasta nos ayudaron con un calzado que se nos mojo y nos lo dejaron como nuevo, listo para usarse al dia siguiente :)

Cons:

Es poco lo que se podria decir, pero quiza la puntualidad a la hora de iniciar el check-in es algo importante a mejorar, esto porque a la hora de la llegada las habitaciones aun no estaban listas (lo cual estaba bien por la hora que llegamos) pero 1hr despues de la hora de check-in seguian sin estarlo, por dicha fue una excelente oportunidad para ir conociendo Panajachel, lo cual ya es ganancia.

Volveríamos sin duda alguna. Un lugar cálido, y con ganas de volver a ver a don Edgar.
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente.
Total preocupación y dedicación hacia los huéspedes.
Destacando a don Edgar, su amabilidad y quien siempre estuvo atento a todos nosotros, a nuestra comodidad, y siempre pendiente de que nada nos faltara.

It’s okey !
Pros:

El lugar estaba limpio , amplio y cómodo , el staff era muy amable .

Cons:

No fue mi ubicación favorita , ya que para ir a los mejores restaurantes tenía que andar bastante , y de noche pues da miedo ( es guate, y yo viaje sola ) pero si vas acompañado está bien !

Pros:

El jardín era bonito y la ubicación no estaba mal, estaba cerca aunque por un camino sin asfaltar ni iluminación.

Cons:

Hacía frío en la habitación, el agua caliente no servía, el wifi funcionaba mal, por la noche era imposible dormir porque había luz fuera y la cortina no tapaba nada, no había ninguna privacidad ya que se veía a través de la ventana. Además por la noche estaban gritando fuera, ni con talones se podía dormir. Tuve que irme a las 5 de la mañana y no había luz ni electricidad en la habitación.

Creo que la dicha funciona por placas solares y cursta regular la temperatura. A algunas horas sale fria y a otras hirviendo.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, de locatie van de accommodatie was goed en de prijs was aantrekkelijk voor het geen wat je krijgt.

Cons:

De douche was minder, je wacht lang op warm water als deze überhaupt komt.
