出租车司机根本没听说过这家酒店的名字。
每天早上屋顶像是有人施工一样，很吵;
走廊里不到七点钟有服务员推车来回走，很吵;
服务员有的听不懂英语或者俄语，沟通费劲;
把客人拿去洗的衣服和别人的衣服混在一起洗，拿回来的时候还能搞错件数，真是服了

位于市内，房间大，早餐好，早餐厅景观很美，前台和客房服务都很好。就是周边没有生活配套设施，没有超市。都是写字楼，大机构。住一晚有车接送可以。

Хороший вкусный завтрак. Хороший вид из окна. Удобное расположение. Персонал помогал с возникающими вопросами.

В потолоке были дырки, как не завершеный ремонт. Воду не давали каждый день. Приходилось выпрашивать у персонала. Забыли докладывать полотенца. При заезде был компонент ванных принадлежностей на одного человека. После обращения принесли полотенца, но так и не принесли второй комплект тапочек и второй халат. Не работала лампа освещения над зеркалом в ванной комнате. Розетки только европейские.

Pros:

La habitación es amplia, con buen baño y vistas al lago. La ubicación es buena y el desayuno aceptable, todos los días lo mismo y sin zumo de naranja. En el futuro, ideal si se quiere ir a la ópera.

Cons:

El restaurante está en obras, la señal de wifi desaparece con frecuencia, aunque parece ser que es habitual, falta de información turística. La limpieza de habitación cada tres días y el aire acondicionado ruidoso, se debe apagar por las noches.

Great location for main sites. Rooms were very large. AC worked very well. Breakfast very good. Staff very nice
