Amazing stay in the heart of Dushanbe

Pros:

Staff was friendly and spoke english the room was clean and provided necessary needs. The hotel has limited availability and the room is a bit dated but it felt like home and the view was beautiful I would absolutely stay again.

A good place to stay in Dushanbe
Pros:

This is a good place to stay in Dushanbe city center, near the new theater, which should open soon. The room is big and comfortable. The airport pickup was great. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it. Breakfast was good with many options.

Останавливаемся 5-ый год уже у вас и в этот раз уборка номеров разочаровала,ванную не помыли ни разу за неделю к сожалению

Pros:

Расположение отличное, специально выбрал этот отель, утром выходил на пробежку прямо вокруг флаштока. Вид в 9 этажа великолепный - весь город перед тобой.

Cons:

Завтрак может и должен быть лучше, но обслуживание заслуживает оценки Отлично.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, aber bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben
Pros:

Das Zimmer war komfortabel, die Unterkunft gut gelegen und Personal freundlich. Frühstückt war okay, aber das Essen im Restaurant war vorzüglich.

Cons:

Wir waren eine Woche da. In dieser Woche wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrmals um frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche bitten. Auch den Müll mussten wir regelmäßig vor die Tür stellen, damit die Mistkübel geleert wurden. Wir haben dann erfahren, dass es Probleme mit dem Personal gab und haben dann einen kleinen Nachlass erhalten. Aber für mich persönlich hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst.

Чистота!!! Все было отвратительно!!! Унитаз был грязный, после предыдущих гостей его не помыли, постельное белье было грязные, его тоже не поменяли. Персоналу было без разницы на все!!! Равнодушное отношение без попытки разрешить ситуацию и принести извинения! Скидки не сделали. Мы полночи и полутра потратили время на разрешение всех этих вопросов, сняли деньги по прайсу без угрызения совести и без извинений! Утром быстро собрали вещи и убежали из этого места. Никому не советую этот отель!

Поменяйте даму, которая номер убирала
Pros:

Удобное месторасположение

Cons:

Персонал неприветливый, номер был не убран, не хватало полотенец, когда принесли – оказалось что они грязные и с дырками. Такое ощущение, что с соседнего номера после уборки просто нам отдали. Вытяжка в ванной не работает. Окна на верхнем этаже не открываются, с учётом неработающей вытяжки проветрить вообще никак номер
