Located at the centre of city so easy to go anywhere

The hotel is advertised as having free wifi, which is standard in the majority of hotels. This is not true, the hotel's wifi connection does not work when it is raining. The wifi didn't work for the entirety of my one night stay, and still wasn't working in the morning after the rain had stopped.
The hotel requires a 100 ringgit security deposit, but doesn't issue a receipt. The deposit was returned in full at the end of my stay, but this is the first hotel I've encountered which doesn't provide a receipt for the mandatory cash deposit.
Room was fairly run down, e.g., marks on the walls, antiquated shower system.
Room has no fridge to keep water cold. A small fridge is a standard facility in most malaysian hotels.
There was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival. It was provided on request.
Bathroom had no hand soap. Only shower gel / shampoo.
The bathroom has no cordoned off space for the shower. After using the shower the entire room is very slippy and dangerous.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Single bed sheet was thin.
There is noticeable noise both from the road outside, and from other guests' rooms.

Big bed in small room left little free space to access luggage. As the room faced a busy intersection roundabout, the noise level from modified motorcycles made earplugs necessary for a decent sleep.

This hotel very near with main road. The round about that every night with noise from vehicle. I cannot sleep very well. The TV not applicable for any channel.Hotel mentioned that WIFI is available with username and password was given. But too bad! No connection at all.
Sound noise every night from the vehicles outside the hotel.Because this hotel very close to the main road. Room space- very small. Room with weird smell,maybe because air circulation not manage properly.
