Pros:

I was booked suit room for my family but the given room size was very small and also bedsheets was dirty. But the bathroom was good 😊

Cons:

The room size and specifically amenities even there was no kettle in the room but they call it suit room😄

Overall, my experience was extremely poor and very frustrating.

Cons:

I had a valid booking confirmation, yet the staff said they do not accept reservations from Booking.com. This was very confusing — if the hotel does not accept Booking.com bookings, why are they listed and partnered on the platform? The staff were rude and unhelpful, and claimed there was no booking under my name. After contacting Booking.com, I was informed that I would receive a refund.

The staff are great! Very helpful and co ooerative.. The rooms and bathroom are clean with all the amenities . It is very close to the main railway station.

Only the cost was ok

Cons:

The hotel was near Central but it was inside a slum area, getting a vehicle there is difficult, especially when you have more luggages and kids. 150 m walk from main road, but the road is so broken and small and is a slum area. They did not have basic towels or water kettle in room, which is expected in a hotel.
