Pros:

空港の送迎も時間通りにしてもらえました。　スタッフもフレンドリーで　質問にきちんと答えてくれました。

Cons:

早朝から　隣接の建築現場での騒音がうるさく　それ以外は全て良かったので残念でした。

Pros:

Очень хороший отель. Просторные номера. После дневных походов по окрестностям очень классно окунуться в бассейн. Вокруг полно мест, где можно перекусить, хотя еда сильно на любителя. В принципе, в самом отеле вполне неплохой завтрак для 1-2 дней. Персонал на стойке регистрации, который быстро и положительно решает любой вопрос, в т.ч. касающийся позднего отъезда (бесплатно). В общем, рекомендую.

Cons:

В отеле, видимо, не очень правильно смонтированы системы канализации и вентиляции. Несколько постояльцев из разных номеров жаловались на засор в санузле (в том числе и у меня была подобная проблема). Его устранили на следующий день. В комнате чувствуется своеобразный запах из-за неправильной работы системы вентиляции. Особо не напрягает, но все же. Отель все-таки далековато расположен от главной улицы, где проистекает вся вечерняя жизнь городка.

If you’re planning a trip to Luang Prabang, look no further than Luang Prabang Pearl Hotel!
Pros:

Everything! Chang, Cuong and the team are wonderful and welcoming, and never too busy to chat or offer local recommendations. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the daily fresh fruit juices were very much appreciated after a busy day exploring.

Cons:

Not a dislike as such, but the pools are quite deep and without shallow ends, so not really suitable for young children.

Super staff, da tornarci assolutamente.

Lo staff è di una gentilezza estrema. Hanno continuato a seguirci, aiutarci e programmare la nostra vacanza anche quando non eravamo più loro clienti.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato giorni di pioggia e la struttura era un po' scivolosa e allagata intorno alla piscina, ma nulla di gravissimo.
