Chang was amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and booked all our onward journeys.

Heel vriendelijk personeel dat je een fijn gevoel geeft, mooi nieuw hotel en centraal gelegen.
Pros:

Een dikke tien voor het personeel! Zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam, alles willen ze voor je regelen! De kamers waren als nieuw, ruim en heel leuk gelegen dicht aan het zwembad. Als je smiddags terug kwam, kwamen ze gelijk een verse fruitshake brengen. Ze verwelkomen je sochtends met je voornaam, zo attent en persoonlijk. Het hotel is in een rustig zijstraatje gelegen en ligt max 10 min lopen van het centrum. Een aanbeveling waard!
Ze hebben voor ons de treintickets geregeld naar Vang Vieng. Dit was zelf moeilijk te regelen.
