Kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Hotelpersonal, insbesondere der Manager am Empfang, war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mit unserem Motorroller und bei der Weiterreise unterstützt! Die Zimmer verfügen über alles, was man braucht, und auch das Frühstücksangebot ist vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die beiden Pools waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu kalt.

Friendly, peaceful and local
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly, organised taxis to and from the airport. Quiet and peaceful location but short walking distance to the night market.
The staff in the hotel made the difference in this stay, always available and gave great local knowledge.
Beds super comfortable and lovely hot showers!

Great hospitality!
Pros:

Staff was so helpful surprising us with fresh juices while we lounged by the pool and helping us coordinate transportation. They even fixed the strap on my luggage!

Pros:

Staff is so friendly. They kept my luggage in storage while I was away for a few days in Nong Khiaw.
Beeakfast was yummy and they always offered fresh fruit drinks.

Pros:

I stayed at the Pearl for a week and I couldn't have had a better stay. I had already been in Luang Prabang for three weeks and done all the sightseeing, so I wanted to be somewhere where I could relax and enjoy the swimming pool and a nice room. Everything met my expectations. The room is new and beautiful, and has everything you could want. I was welcomed warmly by both receptionists, who are super nice and don't know what to do for you. When you were lying by the pool they came and served free juice, and they even came and served in the room if they saw I was home. I have also never experienced such good cleaning. All the girls should be praised for a really good job. I can really recommend the hotel to those who want a good standard and a pleasant stay.
