Cons:

My room was cold. The heater was not working and was totally uncomfortable. I was also charged more than the booking I made online. My room was also right by the kitchen area where everyone would sit and chatter.

Simple room for the night
Pros:

It was an easy check-in and check-out process with friendly staff. The facilities where all lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and cosy. The bathroom facilities were good.They had menu's for a nearby food place which was delicious and nearby.

Cons:

There was no kitchen as put in the description. The room was tight with little room for luggage if you had any. We only stayed one night, but there didn't seem to be much in the area to see or do.

Lack of bed covers. Tiny shower that leaked. Hidden charges added to cost of stay. No breakfast included. Noisy hotel, lack of insulation.

Nice rooms, good customer service, lots of space to hang out beside your room.

Cons:

Internet was horrible and the bathroom wasn't very clean (hair everywhere).
