Personalul amabil, ne au ajutat cu shuttleul catre Aeroport si foarte bine organizati

Cons:

Camere învechite, tipic pentru hotelurile din Mumbai, însă ca European e greu să treci cu vederea că cum arata in poze, nu e identic cu ce găsesti. Foarte galagioasa locatia. Ambuteiajul si claxoanele se aud la orice ora din zi si din noapte, iar asta a fost deranjat pentru noi ca familie care a calatorit cu un copil de 3 ani.

Every staff member made me feel genuinely valued. The ambience was elegant yet comforting, and the service was flawless — from check-in to dining. It’s very close to International Airport and one of the best hotel with airport shuttle service. It's a good place to stay for every next day flyers.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at "Shine Hospitality " Group of hotel, Mumbai. It's promixity to the airport is an advantage. The Indian breakfast was good and well serviced. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

staff nice and helpful. I had a feeling something shifty was going on with the bill. I paid all cash and got a recite for 2000 prepayment and around 5000 cash. i insisted on having it written on my recite all was cash. just in case they said later that they had not received a pre payment and would be looking for it again. It probably was me being overly careful. I cat fault the hotel and also a good breakfast. The airport pick up was also very helpful,

Bed was clean and comfortable. I was looking for a location close to the airport, and that is exactly what I got (though the traffic was very bad, to get from airport to hotel in the evening).

Cons:

Bathroom is not maintained well. Toilet seat old, worn out, doesn't look clean. Bidet didn't work.
Check-in took way too long - over 20 minutes (lots of waiting), which I find unacceptable.

It was a wonderful hospitality!
Pros:

The room was comfortable and super clean. The staff were superb especially front office and the airport attendant everything was pre-planned, smoothly airport transfers and it was free shuttle, the breakfast was amazing and we truly got spoilt by the courteous and helpful staff.

The staff all around was amazing and helpful. Always there to help. Location is good, near to the airport and property is Quiet and good. Food and restaurants are good. Its decently maintained though little old construction.
