Hotel in ottima posizione,vicino alla fermata della metro e a 10 minuti dal centro. Staff disponibilissimo e molto gentile.ottima colazione.camere pulite e ben tenute.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen, es war so wohnlich schön und entspannend ☺️
Pros:

zentrale Lage, sehr ruhig, nahe Bus und U-Bahnstation. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Design Lobby und King Room! exzellent. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kaffee mit UHT-Milch schmeckt nicht frisch. Ist fast überall so. Man kann aber frische Milch kaufen.

Pros:

整体服务很好，地理位置非常方便，停车位确实有点紧张但是在市中心真的很不错了，房间非常干净，隔音也很好，点外卖也很方便，早餐非常非常非常棒，适合带孩子去玩

Cons:

提前联系酒店预留的信息，到现场办理入住的时候还是没有同步到，这个不太好，我同样的要求电话沟通两次，现场又重新说一次

An experience.
Pros:

Location, Room was very Clean. Lovely View from the Room. I was on the 25th Floor. Although the Staff couldn't speak English , they were quite helpful with the Translaters. But then, I don't think Guiyang is a place for Tourists.

Cons:

It is a shame that Novotel is a company that is well known all over the world & yet no one could speak English. OH. Hold On. A young woman called me about the maid wanting to fix my room & she spoke English to me & yet still, whoever she was, did not speak English to me while at the front desk.
