Nothing special for a global brand
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, walikng distance to metro. Staff at the front desk really helpful especially Rea.

Cons:

No one to help you with your luggage on arrival. Breakfast was okish nothing special.
We were allocated a smoking room although we had requested no smoking. Took 3 attempts to find a suitable room after complaining to manager. Although room got sorted the beds are absolutely horrible. Rock hard, my partner and I experienced this for the first time during our entire trip in China. We did complain but were told all beds in the hotel are like this and they receive many complaints of the same. You'd think management would take this feedback on board and make changes esp for a global chain. If you love your sleep and don't want a broken back I would avoid it.

Pros:

Très confortable, calme, et bien situé. Réceptionniste sympa qui parle un peu anglais.

Cons:

Dommage l'odeur de cigarette qui a infiltré notre chambre non fumeur à partir du retour de nos voisins de chambre (même en coupant la clim et en fermant les fenêtres). Il faudrait mieux gérer l’aération ou faire un étage 100% non fumeur, car c'est dégoûtant, on a eu l'impression de s'endormir dans un cendrier géant.

Good but not happy with the 500 CNY loess due the security bonds requirement.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

We were surprised when the stuff asked for deposit security bonds of approximately 1300 CNY and only got 890 CNY back when we left the property back. By calculation we loss approximately 500 CNY without any explanation.

Hotel in ottima posizione,vicino alla fermata della metro e a 10 minuti dal centro. Staff disponibilissimo e molto gentile.ottima colazione.camere pulite e ben tenute.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen, es war so wohnlich schön und entspannend ☺️
Pros:

zentrale Lage, sehr ruhig, nahe Bus und U-Bahnstation. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Design Lobby und King Room! exzellent. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kaffee mit UHT-Milch schmeckt nicht frisch. Ist fast überall so. Man kann aber frische Milch kaufen.

Pros:

整体服务很好，地理位置非常方便，停车位确实有点紧张但是在市中心真的很不错了，房间非常干净，隔音也很好，点外卖也很方便，早餐非常非常非常棒，适合带孩子去玩

Cons:

提前联系酒店预留的信息，到现场办理入住的时候还是没有同步到，这个不太好，我同样的要求电话沟通两次，现场又重新说一次
