Pros:

For the area it was an extremely clean hotel with very nice amenities. The staff was very friendly. I read in some other reviews that it might be a love hotel due to the location but I stayed there with my husband and our adult son and I never once felt uncomfortable. The rooms are a decent size also for Japan.

Don’t stay there
Cons:

It smelled like pee. It was in the red light district and was essentially a sex hotel. Wish that was clear when we booked it

Pros:

The staff is very friendly but the room was too small for my liking. I Felt very clausterphobic. If you enjoy bars and karaoke u should go here because the area has a lot also good food.
