Great spot in the fun of Shinjuku
Pros:

Located in the centre of Shinjuku. Sound proof room to block out the noise of night life. Staff were lovely. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious given the room size.

Cons:

The room was very warm - the aircon did not work too well. The bed was quite uncomfortable but not a major issue for a short stay.

Incredible location within Shinjuku which you’d expect it to be loud, but the soundproof rooms were perfect. I’d definitely suggest the private sauna/cold plunge for after a long day of walking

Fantastic location beautiful hotel amazing staff and facilities

Cons:

Rooms have nowhere really to put large suitcases. The sauna and spa are unfortunately very expensive to use and we were under the impression that it would be free for guests given it was included in the advertising photos.

Pros:

We stayed at the King Suite and it was very spacious. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us arrange birthday surprise and luggage drop off before checkout. Also liked the noon checkout time. We'll stay again!
