Exceptional h otel
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, they couldn't do enough to please. When it rained they gave you an umbrella , when you said you liked a tea, there were extra bags waiting for you. Room was clean and the amenities had everything you could want. It had everything you needed and much more. Without a doubt the most amenities of any hotel we stayed in.

Cons:

Nothing, we go back there any time.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, ultra clean and right in the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. We wanted some fancy for our last 2 nights in Japan. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all but not sure if the hotel was quite the right fit for us though. Husband thought it was a LOVE hotel for rich business men 😆

We loved it and would stay again.
Pros:

It was close to Shinjuku station, shopping and restaurants.
The staff were lovely especially the lady that checked us in on 19th and out on 24th March. She was so helpful and friendly.
The room was very luxurious with a spa bath, 2 TVs, comfortable bed, lots of beauty and bath products, a hair dryer and curling wand.

Good Location and OK size room
Pros:

The location was good but it is near the red light district area which can be an issue for girls traveling alone. The room was bigger than average hotel room around the area and the price is consider competitive.

Cons:

There was not much facilities in the hotel and it is operated as a love hotel.

Quiet, clean stay in Kabukicho
Pros:

Location was great - in the heart of Kabukicho. Staff were friendly and hotel was very clean. Absolutely no noise from the street or other hotel guests. It was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. Lots of in-room amenities. Will stay here again.

Nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.
