Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Estás a 10 minutos de la Plaza del Duomo. El check-in es claro y rápido. La habitación está bastante bien. Además, hay una zona conjunta con mesa, nevera y café gratis para los huéspedes.

Cons:

El baño es MUY pequeño. La ducha está mal distribuida y si no vas con cuidado hay agua por todo. El servicio de limpieza es escaso. Nos dio la sensación que solo quitaban la basura y estiraban la cama. Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y tampoco lo repusieron. Las toallas no te las cambian hasta los 3 días.

Muy buena ubicación, andando se llega en 10-15 minutos a la mayoría de puntos de interés. La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda, con aire acondicionado. La atención maravillosa, respuestas inmediatas.

Cons:

Pros:

La habitación y el baño eran pequeños, pero estaban limpios. El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que la estancia resultara muy agradable.

Banyo çok küçük,duş almak çok zor.Ayrıca odaya girdiğimiz gün banyo idar kokuyordu ,kendimiz trmizledik.Klozetle duvar arası mesafesi standart dışı ,klozete yan oturmak zorundasınız.Odayı değiştirmelerini rica ettim ama hepsi aynı cevabı ile karşılaştım.2.gün odamız temizlenmedi.

Soggiorno confortevole senza grandi pretese
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per un viaggio di lavoro. Nel complesso la struttura ha rispettato le aspettative essendo un due stelle e il soggiorno è stato confortevole. Un punto di pregio è da dare sicuramente alla pulizia delle stanze.Il letto era comodo e l'aria condizionata funzionava bene. La posizione è ottimale sia per visitare Firenze che per raggiungere la stazione e il centro congressi nella Fortezza Da Basso. Proprietari disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Istruzioni per check-in e check-out chiare.

Cons:

L'arredamento delle stanze è molto minimal, mancava ad esempio un comodino vicino al letto. Il bagno è molto piccolo ed emanava un odore non molto gradevole. La doccia, anche questo piccola, aveva una tenda di plastica e mancava una mensolina dove poter appoggiare bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Ho dovuto usare il wc come base di appoggio. Le stanze non sono isolate acusticamente e il rumore della serratura del portone principale è molto forte e si sente nelle stanze, quindi di notte per chi ha il sonno leggero può essere problematico.
