Pros:

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Despite the very low temperatures, inside was warm. I checked in at 3 am without any problem. Coffee, tea, biscuits and water were free at any time.

Cons:

The towels weren't extremely clean.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke personeel, goede hygiëne, comfortabele sfeer, goede onderhoud en mooi ingericht in centrum van Erevan in de buurt van centrale busstation en zeer goed bereikbare openbaar vervoer richting binnen en buiten Erevan. Vanuit accommodatie met 15 minuten loop afstand naar all bezienswaardigheden in Erevan. Er wordt onbeperkt gratis koffie en thee aangeboden voor de hotel bewoners. Als ik ooit weer naar Erevan ga zal ik weer een kamer huren bij Styopa hotel. En ik zal deze hotel aanbieden voor de nieuwe gasten in Erevan!

Pros:

Всегда здесь останавливаемся на транзитную ночевку. Близко к аэропорту. Очень чисто везде. Есть горячий чай. Тепло и уютно.

Nice location with reasonable price.Close to bus terminal station just 5min walk there.Friendly staff and quite place.

Cons:

If come here through tax apps please pay more attention to the address.There is another place same name but location is completely different.

Cons:

我们订的标间，房间很小，基本没有活动空间，设施一般，厕所气味很大，没有排风扇，整个屋里臭臭的，而且只有一个小窗户通风.厨房火力不行，基本做不了什么饭，只能加热。

2 nights stay
Pros:

It was close to the Kilikia central bus station which helped us take the morning bus to Tbilisi without any problems. Its walkable from the city's main attractions. The common kitchen allows you to use the stove and microwave and they also have free coffee on offer. Its basically clean and a good budget option for Yerevan.

Cons:

We liked mostly everything except that people hang around and talk in the courtyard which is a bit noisy at times.also it was Oct and the Ac was not working. We slept with the window open and it was fine.
