Pros:

Lekker zwembad. Goede bedden. Locatie is dichtbij het centrum maar rustig.

Cons:

Onpersoonlijk. Hoewel alles goed schoon werd gehouden, zijn er ratten bij het zwembad in de tuin. Ook op de straat voor het hotel zie je soms een dood gereden rat.

Pros:

Mooi hotel, goede kamer. Prachtig zwembad.
Goede airco.
2 badkamers waarvan 1 buiten met bad

Cons:

Iets ver vanaf centrum maar wel beloopbaar.
Personeel spreekt nagenoeg geen Engels.
Badkamer met open douche is niet praktisch

Unpleasant stay / Deluxe Rooms have no privacy unless curtains closed
Pros:

- good location with lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. Easy walk around the city of Kampot.

Cons:

- Deluxe Rooms are on the ground floor with no privacy. Every other guest has to walk past your room. Anybody at the pool can also look into your room. So you will always need to keep the curtains closed. Is that supposed to be Deluxe?

Online, it shows that Deluxe Rooms have a balcony so I assumed it was upstairs.

When asked to change to an upstairs room, they lie about it “sorry, fully booked”. If you keep asking, they offer it to you for additional 5 USD per night, even though it is a downgrade to a Standard Room.

That’s questionable practice.

- Mold in the bathroom.
- Safety deposit box didn’t work, nobody could help.
- A/C takes ages to cool down.
- Nobody speaks English.

Air Condition musste dringend gereinigt werden. Die Erklärung dazu an Rezeption nach der ersten Nacht war schwierig. Englisch?

onnte das aber in 4 Tagen nicht erkennen.
Der Zugang zu allen Zimmer geht immer an den Parterrezimmern vorbei. Also alle Vorhänge zu, sonst gucken alle rein. Für 4 Tage war das nur schwerlich erträglich.

Pros:

I couldn't fault the place. I thought it was pretty perfect. Very clean. Lovely room. Lovely pool. I even liked the location as it's quiet and easy to walk to town unless it's really hot but you can easily get a tuk tuk on grab.

Stayed for two extra nights so really excellent
Pros:

It’s a really lovely clean hotel not far from the river, room,pool and surroundings were fantastic, staff are great too, especially the night shift man that looked after our motorcycle

Super clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities and a comfy bed with lovely comfortable bedding.
A nice clean pool in beautiful surroundings.
Close to the centre. Could walk (though of course tuk tuks are plentiful!)

Cons:

Everything was great bar some persistent banging on the roof near my room - perhaps a loose pipe or something banging in the wind. Drove me bonkers in the night and struggled to sleep because of it. I hope they fix it as everything else was perfect
