Piękny butikowy hotel w górach
Pros:

Piękne miejsce w środku albańskich gór. Pokój bardzo czysty i ładny, nawet w upale nie była konieczna klimatyzacja. Świetny basen z całym zapleczem. Śniadanie albańskie przepyszne, wszystko było bardzo dobre!

Cons:

Można by wspomnieć o toczącym się remoncie i usunąć baner z basenu, poza tym trochę mało miejsc do parkowania, ale to drobiazgi. No i nadal nie wiem jaki pokój należy kupić, żeby dostać ten z czerwoną wanną 😅 bo kupiłam najdroższy dostępny z prośbą o ten, ale niestety dostałam inny ;)

Amazing stay, would come back again
Pros:

Hotel was located in a quiet area in Theth. Staffs were extremely helpful especially the manager Alex who helped us when we needed medical attention for our 2 year old daughter. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

The water for shower was not the strongest

Prachtig hotel op een schitterende locatie, maar qua service, ontbijt en voorzieningen is er nog ruimte voor verbetering
Pros:

Het hotel zelf is prachtig en ligt in een schitterende omgeving. Wat we daarnaast erg hebben gewaardeerd, is de gastvrijheid. Wij kwamen door onze hike pas laat terug bij het hotel en hadden daardoor geen mogelijkheid meer gehad om ergens te eten. Ondanks het late tijdstip, rond 22:00 uur, mochten we alsnog aanschuiven voor het eten. Dat vonden we ontzettend netjes en gastvrij. Ook de jongere medewerker die de check-in regelde, sprak voldoende Engels en was vriendelijk

Cons:

De communicatie met het personeel verliep soms erg moeizaam, omdat een groot deel van het personeel nauwelijks tot geen Engels sprak. Een uitzondering hierop was de jongere medewerker die onder andere de check-in regelde.

Daarnaast vonden we dat er een gebrek aan efficiëntie was. Het inchecken duurde ruim 30 minuten, doordat de medewerker bij de receptie voortdurend met verschillende dingen tegelijk bezig was. Dan hielp hij ons met de koffers, vervolgens andere gasten en daarna ging hij weer verder met onze check-in. Hierdoor duurde het proces onnodig lang.

Het grootste minpunt was dat we 's avonds zonder elektriciteit en warm water kwamen te zitten. Na een lange dag hiken kwamen we vies en vermoeid terug en konden we hierdoor niet douchen. Tijdens het ontbijt hoorden we van andere gasten dat de stroom vrijwel iedere avond uitvalt. Als dit inderdaad een terugkerend probleem is, vinden we dat wel iets waar het hotel een betere oplossing voor zou moeten hebben.

Ook het ontbijt vonden we vrij matig. De keuze was beperkt en het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld geen brood, wat we persoonlijk jammer vonden en eigenlijk wel hadden verwacht bij een hotelontbijt.

Oké hotel, maar erg duur voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

Op het oog een mooi hotel en mooie kamer, maar als je goed kijkt voldoende verbeterpunten. Het personeels was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De afwerking liet wat te wensen over in de kamer, wc-bril kapot en kraan bij het bad was los. Zwembad was niet echt fijn. Zaten veel beestjes in.
De parkeerplaats was klein, dus een keer voorgekomen dat een andere gast voor onze auto stond geparkeerd, waardoor we niet weg konden. Personeel heeft daarbij fijn geholpen, heel dankbaar voor!

Beautiful view over the mountains, really nice swimming pool, very spacious villas

The hotel s still a bit of a construction site, not everything is yet ready. But when finished, this should be a marvellous place to stay

Albanian hospitality at its finest
Pros:

The rooms and their furniture/decorations were beautiful,just like in the pictures.Even though i had booked two rooms only the hotel staff decided to kindly give me a room more with a bathing thub included and no added costs,which was an amazing surprise and absolutely appreciated!The view was breathtaking and the staff was friendly and helpful.As for the breakfast it is ideal for those who would like to taste local and traditional albanian food,do not expect to find an italian type of breakfast (cappuccino and croissant).I did appreciate the staff offering an alternative for my brother who eats gluten free food only due to his intolerance.Also the hotel was very kind with us as after our stay the payment hadn't been processed yet and they were very helpful and patient in the communication!

Cons:

The wifi connection was very bad in the rooms and didn't work almost at all.The path to reach the hotel was obviously not asphalted and made it a nightmare for us as our car was low and did get damaged on the way.I would suggest doing something as it can make the customer's stay turn very unpleasant considering that it is very short and not much work would be needed.

Prachtige locatie en traditioneel Albanees eten.

Cons:

Iedere dag regelmatig geen stroom en wifi in de kamer. Slechte parkeergelegenheid (er wordt dubbelgeparkeerd waardoor je ‘s ochtends vroeg niet kunt vertrekken met de auto. Weg ernaar toe onverhard en van slechte kwaliteit. Eten in het restaurant vaak lauw, lauw bier. Airco werkte niet. Rioollucht in de badkamers.

Hele fijne en mooie accomodatie in Theth.
Pros:

Prachtige accommodatie! Mooie kamers, werden nog verrast met een upgrade. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Je ziet en merkt dat ze nog in opbouw zijn. Zaken zijn nog wat ongeorganiseerd (diner, betalen).

Beautiful surroundings but hotel needs finishing building, detail and safety and struggles with electricity.

Views and place in the mountains is beautiful.

Cons:

The website does not reflect what the place is really like. It has great potential but the place is still half building site with swimming pool toilets not completed, no proper restaurant or bar. The lights and electric in our room went off after 8pm which made it difficult to enjoy the room in the dark. The food in restaurant is only a set menu for £25 pp no other choice. I feel the place is not ready.
