Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Disappointing and unhygienic stay!

The bathroom drain was completely blocked, there was dust around the room, hair left behind by previous guests, and a terrible smell in the bathroom. I informed the reception, but no proper solution was offered. Instead, I was told that I would receive a discount on my next stay, which does nothing to solve the problem during the current stay.

I even asked if we could use the shower in another room, but my request was denied because the room was supposedly occupied. However, the website still showed availability for other rooms.

The girl at reception was polite and nice, and I appreciate her attitude, but the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and handling of the complaint were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel seriously improves its hygiene and service.

Pros:
