Hello there!
We arrived in Rome on October 8th in the morning. The hotel was very accommodating in checking us into our room around 11:00 am. We have a very comfortable studio. However, in the last 4 nights, three nights the fire alarm went off! On Thursday, October 9th it went off in the middle of the night! On the 10th it went off around 12:45 am and on the 11th at around 11:00pm. We have been told that a technician will be coming in the following morning. We have been very disturbed for the two nights. We could not sleep after that for those nights. Our stay after that was very pleasant. The property's location was excellent and the studio was cleaned every day. As you know, I like making my reservations through Booking.com. Please see what you can do to compensate me.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Herzen Roms
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Master Trevi war einfach traumhaft. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die warme und herzliche Atmosphäre dieses besonderen Hauses. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und rundum wohl.

Die Zimmer sind elegant, sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet – eine perfekte Kombination aus modernem Komfort und italienischem Charme. Das Frühstück ist eher klein, bietet aber alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Getränke sind den ganzen Tag über frei zugänglich und kostenlos erhältlich, und abends gibt es kleine Snacks und Wein, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte vom Trevi-Brunnen entfernt und ideal, um Rom zu Fuß zu entdecken.

Ein Hotel mit Herz, Stil und Charakter. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
