Voor een stop op de terugweg naar Nederland, een perfecte locatie. Zowel diner als ontbijt zijn basic. Maar als gezegd voor een tussenstop aan te bevelen.grappig detail, de barman/ober sprak Nederlands.

location awful in an industrial lorry park.

Cons:

No fire escape.no instructions in bedroom how to evacuate.no digital keypad to exit hotel and door was locked from midnight to 08.00am a potentially deadly scenario. we have 2 x dogs and they need out during the night or first thing in the morning. we were at the end of a long first floor corridor with only a window and no exit fire escape.at the unmanned reception area there was 2 x phone numbers which were not answered both mornings we stayed at 07.00am there was a security guard at the communal entry to the transport carpark but no-one onsite and he was very tardy in arriving to allow us to exit. I complained on 1stmay to b.com and advised them that we were not staying for 4 x nights as the situation of access was unacceptable and I find it hard to accept that b.com is using this illegal hotel. I was asked by b.com to liaise directly with hotel for 2 x night refund as we were not prepared to stay for our 4 x nights but there was nobody with English and my contract was with yourselves and I request you to refund me for the 2 unused nights. I have advised the Spanish Tourist Bord of this illegally run hotel. Kindly acknowledge my comments and request for a refund. Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were dismayed to be alerted by another guest that there is no fire or emergency procedure and no fire escape. The doors are locked at midnight and there is no way out until they are unlocked in the morning. I will never book there again.

La gentillesse et les efforts du personnel pour comprendre un couple de français de passage pour une nuit.
Établissement correct avec un bon rapport qualité prix. L'environnement peut faire peur en arrivant mais la nuit fut calme.

Pros:

El hotel es cómodo, limpio, sin ruidos molestos, el desayuno estupendo y podíamos pedir lo que quisiéramos además el personal muy atento y amable

Cons:

La ubicación, está un poco apartado, pero Zamora no es una ciudad grande
