overall ok.. but should provide Hot kettle for tea making.. i mean thats the basic necessity.
Pros:

It is in a good location near to the convention centre.

Cons:

There was no facility for in room tea or coffee maker and on asking, the reply given was that u have booked for single person. That was strange. i have stayed earlier too in this same property but that time the name of the property was Stay 10 and tea maker was provided.

Great place, loved it.
Pros:

Great Property. The photos are genuine, for a moment i felt like the place might not be as good as it looks but turned out well. The wifi is nice for any basic work. The staff and owner are very considerate, made it a comfortable stay. Chilled bottler water was complimentary, loved that. Perfect for a budget travel, even if you’re coming with a family i’d suggest this place. It does have a lift and even the sofa cum bed is so comfortable, you can sleep comfortably at night.

Cons:

Lacks a pantry or a kitchen for in room dining. Even the basic things like tea coffee and some snacks on the menu would do great for the residing guests.
