Excellent stay in the heart of the Dolomites
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of the village, with easy access to many restaurants as well as hiking areas throughout the Dolomites.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and very high quality. The staff were also very professional, friendly, and helpful. We had to leave very early one morning for a hike, and they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and in a newly renovated building, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel also has underground parking directly in front of the hotel, with a dedicated area for guests. One thing to be aware of is that you need your room key to open the parking gate. For check-in, you can temporarily park in front of the hotel for up to 10 minutes, then move your car to the underground guest parking once you have your room key.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Heel gastvrij welkom. Attent personeel. Geweldig ontbijt.

Cons:

Ligging in hoofdstraat en kamer aan voorkant; niet mogelijk om raam open te hebben ivm drukke verkeer (veel motoren) met bijkomend lawaai tot laat in de nacht en s morgens in alle vroegte!

The specific room we got had no Balcony. And was in front of main road.. there was no air condition and we must opened the window to get some fresh air, thus, noise from main road..

Cons:

לקחנו 3 ימים של ארוחות ערב. אפשר היה להשתפר ברמת האוכל. סך הכל היה בינוני.

Top hotel gelegen op een prima locatie, met uitstekende voorzieningen.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer waarin je niks.merkt van de ligging middenin in het dorp.( let wel op met de ramen dicht.) Het verwarmde zwembad met de spa zijn super. Het ontbijt was TOP. Je loopt vanuit het hotel onder de weg door naar de parkeergarage ( parkeergarage moet je wel apart betalen). Echt een prima hotel.

Cons:

Dat ons niet vooraf duidelijk was dat we het parkeren moesten betalen.

Alles in allem aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollem Personal, schöner Lage und einem wirklich starken Spa-Bere

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Oswald und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Auch mit unserem Hund wurden wir herzlich empfangen – das Hotel ist aus unserer Sicht sehr hundefreundlich. Die Lage ist top und die Parkmöglichkeit für nur 5 € pro Tag fanden wir ebenfalls sehr fair.

Der Spa-Bereich hat uns besonders gut gefallen: ruhig, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das Personal im Spa war sehr freundlich und die Massagen waren wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Ein paar Punkte könnten allerdings noch verbessert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir im Vergleich zum restlichen Hotel etwas ausbaufähig. Auch der Zimmerservice könnte optimiert werden. Bei den Tablets zur Gästeinformation gab es außerdem technische Probleme: Die täglich wechselnde Speisekarte wurde auf dem Tablet nicht aktualisiert, und bei Anrufen über das Tablet war die Verständigung teilweise schwierig, da man uns schlecht hören konnte. Zudem hatten wir Berg Blick gebucht allerdings einen Fluss Blick bekommen

Comfortable and classy stay in the stunning Dolomites
Pros:

Loved our stay, such a convenient location right by the bus stop yet not overly noisy. The breakfast was superb, and we enjoyed making a ritual of the pool and spa after our days out walking.
