Big Rooms, nice view from the room, clean property. Borjomi Central Park is approx. 2-3 Kms. Value for money.
Breakfast needs improvement, must add fruits, corn flakes and full fat milk and more options. No Elevator. Reception at first floor, few rooms in second floor. Luckily we go a room in the first floor.

The front desk staff were very kind, patient, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a stunning view of the area truly relaxing.
However, breakfast was a bit limited and not very satisfying, and there’s only one restaurant nearby, which makes dining options somewhat restricted.

Great hotel with really big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and an amazing view from the windows. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff.
We took a jeep tour with gorgi in the mountains which was excellent.
All in all, very good hotel.
No elevator and no washing machine in the room but this is really small things.

Giorgi and Anna, our hosts at Natali Hotel, are super kind and warm and friendly. They took extra effort to make sure we felt welcome and at home. Super exciting Jeep trip with Giorgi was also exquisite!

Amazing location and the most beautiful nature. The hotel has astonishing views from each side. Hotel is very modern and super CLEAN. The room was very clean and huge. And food? OMG food was THE MOST DELICIOUS.
Great and carrying stuff. It’s so easy to communicate with them and they are very helpful and very friendly. The place isn’t chaotic and lots of noises won’t bother you. It’s a perfect place not only for a family but for everyone.
Hotel has a huge yard and no problem with parking. I highly recommend it to all. ✊🏻🥰

Everything is great about this hotel, the location, the staff, the rooms and particularly the FOOD.
Some of the best views I’ve ever seen and for sure the best quality of air too, the location takes the hotel to another level.
As for the rooms and staff everything was perfect, staff was so nice to us we went to a tour in the mountains that was breathtaking.
The rooms are clean, the views are great and the bed is very comfortable.
The FOOD is amazing, some of the best Georgian food I had in Georgia !
The only thing I regret is not staying longer because I didn’t have time

The hotel is located in a quite and beautiful part of Borjumi. I fell in love with Borjomi because of the location i was at. We met the amazing Anna there who helped us with so many things. She arranged a tour to Dabadzvili which was the best part of our stay there. The views are spectacular. Thanks to Anna’s hospitality and kindness we felt at home and plan to visit her in the winter season. The room was spacious and clean.
Everything was perfect
The balcony provided a breathtaking vista, enhancing the overall experience. The opportunity to savor coffee while seated on an outdoor balcony was particularly delightful. The family expressed unanimous appreciation for this aspect of the accommodations.
Sometimes electricity was not there. So I had to call the staff and all which was a slightly bad, but for the price it's okay
