The views are stunning, the personnel were always helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the pool is amazing! We will be back

I loved the view from my room. That was just perfect. The big window that allowed me to enjoy the skyline of the city and the lake made my stay worth it.
I didn’t like that the signal from my room was horrible. Data on my phone hardly ever worked and the wifi wasn’t any better. I also didn’t like how the sink is structured. Whenever the sink was used, it always splashed onto the floor (even on the lowest setting) leaving a complete mess on the bathroom floor AND the floor in my room near the bed. I had to place two towels down to try and keep the floor dry/safe for walking. Also, no dry sink space to put my belongings like makeup, toothbrush, face wash etc.
This last point is not the hotels fault, but just as a heads up, it’s best to rent a car if you are staying at this location. It’s nearly impossible to request a ride from any ride share app (due to the location).
The view was exceptional!
The walk to the room was harsh, but it forces me to exercise.
El lugar es único, increíble y muy agradable para relajarse

Breakfast was great with the great view fro my room
The views, friendly staff, food was excellent.
Gerente, Bettina is a wonderful lady.
Very friendly and open to any type of conversation
The area of the pool, we were in #9
Rules should be reinforced with times of use. Loud people with ugly language and loud speaker (music was very loud). We couldn't even listen to the TV.
Don't allow alcohol in the area. They were very drunk and didn't listen to the manager when he came and told them that 8:00pm was time of closing. They stayed longer, left around 9:15
They also were ordering pupusas to be brought to them. They don't even get out to go to the restrooms. They were there from 4:30-9:15pm
Made friends and that made it even worse. The guy was offering to tip good if they allowed them to stay longer and eat there.
Ese lugar es súper cómodo acogedor, y el personal excelente
Nature is beautiful😀
I wasn't prepared to go up and down a lot of stairs but the place was very nice.
La vista y la cercanía al lago fue impresionante
Me gustó mucho el comfort la vista y el personal muy amable.
Praticamente nada
Tres Piedras was a gorgeous stay. It was absolutely private and the views of the sunrise/sunset amazing. The breakfast was okay, it was included in our stay but if we would have to pay I would have not purchased as i felt for the quality it was overly priced.
We would have liked hot water in the shower, the jacuzzi was perfect. I also recommend they provide robes for the rooms with a jacuzzi and balcony to make the stay more comforting and truly enjoyable. Additionally, when the shower was being used it splashed all over the bathroom floor and made it a bit uncomfortable. As a bonus point, maybe offer mini shampoos/conditioner for the guests to enjoy.
Love the views from our room and the comfort of the bed.
It was a bit of inconvenience that the staff and restaurant hours were from 8-8 so we couldn’t have earlier breakfast nor late dinner. Nonetheless we made it work, even to contact the staff after 8pm.
