Balcony Living Apartment

The facilities in the apartment were complete, even in the kitchen. I loved the fact it was not too big and the staff was very helpful.

As every year our stay at Balcony living met our expectations and everything went very well and smoothly .

This is a fantastic place for people familiar with Bali who are looking for an extended stay.
Way more room than a hotel room - and if you don't need the service of a hotel, this is perfect.

The staff is here during the days and they are great.
Also the management company is very good as well.

Amazing stay, the apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located in the heart of Seminyak. Host was super responsive and helpful.

La verdad es que no nos gustó el alojamiento para nada… Hemos estado 1 mes en el apartamento, así que hemos tenido tiempo de ver todo con detalle. Y no aconsejamos a nadie venir. Mi consejo es que la gente se gaste un poco más de dinero y evite de venir aquí.

La única cosa buena es la ubicación y la cercanía de 2 gimnasios fantásticos. Nosotros fuimos al the compound que está andando a 3 min por un atajo.

The place was lovely, very spacious and lots of privacy.

Location is awesome, easy walking to all the action but still very quiet!

The rooms are well set up, with bedroom & bathroom upstairs and a kitchen/lounge area downstairs.

There is a nice pool area, and because there are only 5 rooms, its never too busy.

The staff are very responsive, and there is secure parking.

They have excellent staff that works 7 days a week and they are all very friendly and professional. The Balcony Living villa was an excellent location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, and even a gym we joined while on the island.

We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the pleasant feeling of the property. We only had to purchase water ($3 USD for 5 gallons) that refilled the cooler in our residence, and approx. $60 USD for electric for the month. Balcony living was very reasonably priced, and like a hotel provided towels, cleaning every 2 - 3 days or when requested, and pool towels and bath amenities

I was allowed to check in a bit earlier and check out later, which was very convenient for me.
There’s a water dispenser. A new bottle costs 50,000, and the staff help replace it when needed.
The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking.
Great value for money.
The staff respond very quickly to any requests. When the fridge light went out, someone came and fixed it within an hour. When the toilet broke, they also called a technician right away and resolved the issue.
Good location — within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy.

I liked that it was so close to the main strip of shops and the beach but in a quiet location on a tucked away street! And also there is a convenience store right across the road which was super handy.

You get what you pay for at this accom! It is nothing spectacular but is more than fine for something cheap and quite clean and comfy for the most of part. Quiet surroundings, private and easy to access.
