Very comfortable beds; the bathroom was clean and spacious. A beautiful, spacious room with a stunning sea view. A beautiful pool with sun loungers and a poolside bar. The breakfasts were extensive, with an effort made to rotate a few items each day. The accommodation also features a restaurant that is absolutely top-notch—the fish and lamb chops were excellent. The hotel's location is also fantastic. We rented a car and visited several beaches about 20 minutes away, but there is also a private beach just a 5–10 minute walk below the hotel that is definitely worth a visit. A huge thank you goes to the hotel staff. A smiling, kind, warm, and helpful team who made our holiday truly wonderful. Special thanks to the gentleman at reception (I didn't catch his name) and to EMIN, who looked after us every day to ensure we were happy. You should really value EMIN; he is a huge part of your hotel's success. Thank you so much for a magnificent holiday; it exceeded our expectations and was truly luxurious. We didn't want to leave. The breakfast was amazing. There were many varieties. The pool was clean and the cabanas were very comfortable. I enjoyed much!

Effort from Ibrahim to find a solution is appreciated, even if the property is in terrible condition. Breakfast was ok, server, but with nice and changing selection, however starts a bit late (8.30am), so in a rush if you want to get to boats for tours or diving.

Lovely family run hotel and restaurant. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Good location and views. Plenty of parking at the back. Good dinner options at the restaurant.

We requested two rooms next to each other, but as it was not available a larger room was offered instead on a lower floor by the pool for no extra charge.

Short drive to beaches and marina.

Hyggeligt værelse med altan, fantastisk pool område med kig ud over havet. Overdådig morgenbord. Dejlig aftensmad, ikke så meget at vælge imellem.

Great view, good restaurant for dinner and also good serviced breakfast. Room was spacious with interesting bed design.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It actually looks even better in real life than in the photos.

The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming throughout our stay.

One of the highlights was the amazing swimming pool. It was perfect for relaxing, and the views from the hotel are simply breathtaking. The restaurant and breakfast area also have spectacular views, making every breakfast a pleasure. The breakfast itself was delicious with plenty of choice, and if something ran out, the staff were always happy to bring more.

The restaurant deserves a special mention as well. We had lunch there once, and the portions were incredibly generous. The food was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality.

What truly made this hotel exceptional was the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly, welcoming, polite, and always happy to help. The owner, in particular, completely won us over with his kindness and hospitality. They helped us with our luggage, made check in easy, answered all of our questions, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. We can’t praise the team enough.

The hotel also has its own parking, which was very convenient.

Within walking distance there is a beautiful beach club with crystal clear water and stunning views. The walk back is uphill, but it is absolutely worth it. Another thing we really appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere. Unlike staying in the center of Kaş during the busy season, here we were able to truly relax without the crowds.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

The sea view is so beautiful especially in the swimming pool around sunset. I love the breakfast every morning that staffs serve the meal and drinks to our table. The room is clean and comfy and the balcony is good for drying towels and swimsuits.Staffs are so nice and friendly, patient to service and answer the questions. A short distance drive from Kas center, so it’s quiet to rest and sleep.

Проживали три взрослые девушки. Все очень понравилось!!! Номер просторный, завтраки турецкие -сытные. Уютный отель. Бассейн -любовь!!!! Фото на бассейне делали бесконечно😁😁😁. Пляж внизу лагуны шикарный,только дорогие лежаки и тяжёлый подъем по дороге с пляжа . Близость к городу проверили маршруткой, ехать 10 минут. Заселили раньше. Все идеально!!!!

Great stay!

I write this honestly - best stay of our life so far! Ibrahim is the heart and soul of the hotel, he helped us so much, accomodated every little needs.
- the view of the hotel is breathtaking. The pool is clean, good temparature with amazing scenery
- breakfast was rich, and when we needed to leave earlier, they very so kind to us and served it earlier than the official hours - special thanks to Amin!
- cleaning was spotless
- if you do not own a car or driving license like us the minibus is going every 30 mins (60 lira per ride, 2026 July price)
- taxi from the Otogar is around 300 lira to the hotel
- and they speak such good English, and cannot emphasize enough how attentive and helpful they were. They made our stay very special.
- we will come back with extended family next year
