Friendly staff and good location.
If I could give a zero, I would. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, the shower doors were broken, and water flooded everywhere when we showered. The fan wasn’t properly bolted to the wall and was broken, the sink leaked, and the TV didn’t work. There was a disgusting smoke smell throughout the hotel, in the elevator, halls, and our room.
The neighbors were loud and strange, and there was construction work on the street from midnight to 3 am for 2 nights in a row, it was impossible to sleep. One morning, there was a gas leak, and we were asked to go outside. There are far better hotels available at this price point.

The family deluxe suit has wrong description. In fact it has photos of double room, which is a studio without second bedroom, but has proper windows apart from the family suit, which is not on the photo and turns out to be an attic space with tiny windows that really needs renovation. So you have to choose between room size or relevance to the photos you seen. And there is also very noisy boiler at the room. And the matress is not sturdy enough.
Nice room, bathroom, lights. In room drinking water, coffee and tea, slippers, towels, all you need.
Need warmer blanket.
Ac was really slow it wasn’t making the room cold ,i told reception as well but they didn’t work on it

I made the reservation using my bank card but paid cash on arrival for the entire duration of my stay
then a day after checkout my card was charge for absolutely no reason . I am yet to get a refund from them.
No breakfast, No microwave to reheat food absolutely no kitchen service there was mosquitoes and the hotel felt like a storage as there were boxes in every corner of the corridor.
There are better services on the same street.
The staff were super helpful
They not accurite with payment! They take mony twice! Online and cash!!!!!!! And when I want ro return my money they not understandable and I chose suit but this is not suit! No boiler no kitchen things!😨😨
