Pros:

Hôtesse très sympathique , salle de bain pratique et fonctionnelle avec eau chaude et chauffage

Cons:

Notre chambre avait pour toiture de la taule transparente, donc impossible d’empêcher la lumière d’entrer, beaucoup de bruit la nuit , et surtout une mauvaise isolation donc chambre à la même température que l’extérieur on a eu très froid et le toit fuit lorsqu’il pleut. Ces problèmes matériels sont plutôt désagréable vu le prix supérieur à d’autres chambres d’hostels bien plus confortables que nous avons testé

Disappointing, rude host
Pros:

Kitchen facilities were good - refrigerator, oven, microwave, and location was okay. Extra blankets provided in room. Host gave a few days to get cash out for payment. Plenty of street parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately the host spoke very little English which isn't a problem until she misunderstood me asking for help finding a cash machine as the place is cash only. She then spoke very aggressively through translator saying if I don't want to pay I can go stay elsewhere they've a bed and breakfast not a hotel so why would they take card. Very hostile and rude for no reason leaving a very bad taste after a long day of travelling to get there. I got cash out that same night but then couldn't find the host to make payment for another 2 days. If there were other places available I would have left. It was very cold in the room most nights. Shared bathroom was awful as toilet roll ran out almost daily. There was a hand towel with bugs of and floor mats which were dirty. The shower was full of limescale so sprayed everywhere and only warm some days. Very disappointing stay that I would not recommend.

Pros:

Je n' ai pas pu contacter le propriétaire, tout était fermé et personne ne répondait. Un mot donnait un code wifi pour appeler mais la connexion ne fonctionnait pas.
J'ai dû chercher en catastrophe une autre chambre d'hôtel qui m'a coûté cher.
En plus, le propriétaire m'écrit en me disant qu'il m'a attendu et que le wifi fonctionne... bref, une catastrophe...

Cons:

Tout, je n' ai pas pu accéder au logement, j' ai dû chercher un autre logement en catastrophe....

Don't stay upstairs!
Pros:

Location is ok,
she refunded us the rest of stay after we left early (see below)

Cons:

Insanely cold room upstairs, no way that room should be rented; bad attitude when we complained about the cold room and whole upper floor, she said, "it's Patagonia" and "you're getting it for very cheap". The the place just a dark, gloomy feel including the owner

Pros:

Handy for the bus station. Friendly host.

Unacceptable
Pros:

We haven’t been there. Host cancelled the morning of our arrival. Had to make a last-minute booking elsewhere. This is unacceptable behaviour of a host. Should be banned from Booking.

Property cancelled 2 days before despite having it booked for weeks

Cons:

Property cancelled the booking. Messaged me 2 days before to ask me to cancel it on my behalf (just before the free cancellation) as they now didn’t have space. Obviously everything was more expensive just 2 days before so I said I wasn’t cancelling it and they replied saying ‘it’s only 1 night’ save yourself the hassle and don’t bother booking here as it seems this isn’t the first time they’ve done it
