Great place to relax with family with great view and many outdoor seatings

A terrible mistake
Pros:

I didn't like anything in this place. It was like garbage from the beginning to the end.

Cons:

Nothing positive to say about this place. The room was so very hot in the afternoon and the AC just was not adequate to cool it down. At breakfast, the food was not fresh! Fruits, salad just not at all eatable. Everything green was tasting rotten. Rest of the food, like chicken, just being cold. Hence, the total breakfast experience being just terrible. Luckily I didn't get diarrhea. The "Japanese" promise in this place is a joke. There is truly nothing really japanese in this hotel. Only cheap imitations here and there. Everything is made with so cheap materials and deserves absolutely no reference to genuine Japanese quality. Like day and night.

The price point is a bit high for a weekday and low occupancy.
Pros:

I like how all the staffs were kind and helpful. the bed is really comfortable, the hot water is stable, the food were good. each room has their own roof tops.

Cons:

I didn't like that the onsen was not operating, meaning it is suppose to be a warm water pool yet it has become a regular pool filled with natural spring water, the pool a bit dirty, there were bugs on the water also I wished that the Restaurant would operate longer.

Great staff (mbak Dina), great place, great scenery, great facility
Pros:

The staff is very nice and helpful, especially mbak Dina who is very friendly and able to provide multiple services. The location is nice, at the top of the hill, and also great decorations and facilities (big and multiple swimming pools, but the warm water machine is not working)

Cons:

On food, the price is ok, but the taste could be better. The swimming pool's warm water machine is not working
